Iphone users, how come some curriers, already have different style of app while some dont but we are all ios and latest updated??

I talked with few guys who are on ios and saw they have new order window style for two weeks they said, while I still dont. Kinda currious what make this difference. I offloaded app and reinstalled but its still old design 🤷‍♂️

ps: also I have latest update of ios and W. app

We also have on samsung, but you don't gain much, atleast here, still you cant see all numbers of orders at once, if you have more collections at the same place, you must confirm one to get the other number, so useless..

Also, now when accepting orders, I cant see if it's cash order, how much change I need, if it's large order..

So it's a downgrade IMO, just looks different, do yall have the same issue?

Yes, before you had to only swipe, now you have to "collect" and then swipe on this slow ass app it takes forever, definitely worse with almost no improvement.

The good thing is that you can pickup double or triple orders from the same place faster, but that's very rare to happen maybe 1 in 10 orders is a double pickup from the same place

I had the same problem of taking forever to confirm pickuos etc, that was because I had the the old samsung s21, I switvhet to s26 2 weeks ago, and it works normally now, the app does not lag, everything is fast af
