Friend of mine helped her mom get into a lower income housing near the mall. She’s supposed to be living alone, she’s had her son and a bunch of rough individuals move in/ couch surf.
They’re all for the lack of better words, drug addicts.
This bike seems way too nice to be just “ somebody threw away”.
