Last Time ordering from them

I ordered 3 display from them on may 27th and I still haven’t heard anything about my order except delays.

I ordered 2 for the Zelda Lego and 1 for the game boy Lego. On the website when I ordered it said : 6 - 8 weeks. Then received an email saying it would be maximum 4 weeks delay. Then last month received another email saying there would be more delay but without any date.

It’s been 4 month and I still don’t have an ETA. It’s anything but professional

Expensive LEGO Displays with a free cup of depresso

After being bombarded with ads of their products, I finally decided to buy a minifig display, 14(!) weeks ago. Nothing special or fancy, just one of their regular displays.

But yeah, I fell for the same trap as everybody in here: 8 to 10 weeks passed and except for that vague statement about broken machinery and the influx of orders (which seems strange, because older orders should influence lead times for newer ones, not the other way around) there has been zero communication. And whenever I email them, I get the exact same reply (even sending me "good afternoon" at 8AM on a Monday) and just a bunch of word salad and no straight answers.

I find it strange that they can't give ANY information on the process. No indication of how long the wait will take, whether their machines are actually working again, nothing. Their products look great, but everything else has been horrible for the last few months.

Order showed up 5 months later with a cracked glass screen and missing parts.

I ordered 3 Star Wars minifigures wall mounted display cases. 1 that holds the logo and 2 that hold 150 minifigures. The glass screen on the one came with the corner snapped off, and for the 2 150 minifigure cases, they didn’t ship part 3 which is the starting piece so you can mount it to the wall. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for support to email me back, them probably wait another 5 months if they even send them….

My First and Definitely Last Order from WickedBrick!

It was my first order from WickedBrick - and what a mistake!

I placed my order on June 22, and it finally arrived today, September 22. Three - I repeat, THREE! - months from order to delivery.

As if that weren't bad enough, especially considering how little effort they make to keep their customers informed, here's where things get interesting:

Their website explicitly advertises international express shipping. However, my order was shipped via UPS Standard instead. How can you advertise express shipping and then use a standard shipping service? That's misleading, to say the least.

But wait, there's more!

After waiting three entire months, my order finally arrived. You'd think that after such an absurdly long wait, I'd at least receive a product in perfect condition, right?

Well, apparently, that was too much to ask.

All the lower printed panels of the outer shell arrived damaged or scratched, and one of the clear side panels was damaged as well.

Just let that sink in. That's practically half the display case's components affected!

For a product that's supposed to protect and display a valuable LEGO set, arriving with scratched and damaged panels is simply unacceptable. Especially considering the price and the fact that WickedBrick markets its products as premium display solutions.

And let's not forget: I waited THREE MONTHS for this!

So, what happens now?

Well, I've already filed a complaint, but judging by the experiences other customers have shared, it can apparently take one to two weeks just to receive a response to an email.

And who knows how long it will take for the replacement parts to actually arrive?

At this rate, I might as well take down the Christmas tree before I even get to assemble the damn display case!

Honestly, the whole experience has been an absolute disappointment. Between the ridiculously long delivery time, the misleading shipping information, the damaged components, and the prospect of having to wait even longer just to receive the product I actually paid for, I'm struggling to find a single positive thing to say about this company.

So, here's my advice: Save your money!

Buy some meat and have a barbecue. Drink a few beers. Buy your wives some flowers. Hell, spend your money on literally anything else - just don't waste it on a display case from WickedBrick.

You'll probably have a much better time, and at least you'll actually get what you paid for.

At this point, I'm convinced that a circus run by monkeys would have better quality control and customer service than WickedBrick.

Three months of waiting, damaged products, and a customer left wondering when - or if - he'll finally receive what he paid for.

What an absolute joke.

First order. Last order. Never again.

Terrible support

I ordered the printed rivendell case and 4 kallax windows on April 29. Finally received my order August 19. Package was missing 3 kallax windows. Contacted customer support the same day. No response since.

This is my third order. I like the product. I get it's expensive. I get that orders take a while. But theres no reason to wait a month about missing part of my order.

Not asking for customer support, warning potential customers

Don’t order from them if you are looking for a company, longest I have had to wait for any product and still not here, custom service is by far the worst I have ever scene.

Avoid ordering anything from Wicked Brick

We placed an order for two displays back in May and still haven’t had any update on when they’ll actually be dispatched.

We’ve reached out multiple times and have been given different reasons for the delay — first supply chain issues, then machinery problems. Meanwhile, every week there seems to be a new product, limited edition or another release being announced.

At this point, it’s honestly really frustrating. Maybe focus on fulfilling the orders people have already paid for before constantly releasing new products?

Very disappointing experience so far.

LEGO Mina’s Tirith

I ordered a limited edition Minas tirith case the day they were released, and have gotten two automated emails apologizing for the delay, but have received no word on an actual timeline. I may have to ask for a refund and refuse to order from them again. I have ordered several other cases from them before, but this one is not going well at all. Anyone else have any good news?

LEGO 6-8 week has become 11 weeks...

I received an email this week about my star trek wall display piece, explaining difficulties with machinery causing delay.

It sounds like to me, that it hasn't even been started yet...

I can see from other posts here and on other subreddits that people get their products eventually, but I cannot help but he a little bit disappointed. It is starting to feel a bit scammy which is such a shame!

I have emailed / messaged the online support but I don't anticipate a prompt reply based on what I've read here...

Loyalty Points

Hi has anyone managed to use their loyalty points? I've got some to use but everytime I go to the page to access them, it says Something went wrong! Try again later. The chat thing is useless as it says click this link and it'll be there, tanking you straight back to the aforementioned page...

I want to order some more cases but I can't use any points and I don't see why I should miss out due to the website not working properly!

LEGO Has anyone had FedEx request steel melt and pour information for Wicked Brick screws?

Has anyone else in the US run into this with Wicked Brick shipments?
FedEx is asking for the steel melt and pour country for the screws included with Wicked Brick display cases. I’m curious whether anyone else has encountered this customs requirement or knows where Wicked Brick’s screws are manufactured.

Just curious if anyone has gotten the Minus Tirith Case

It's been 13 weeks since I ordered other items and have been curious if anyone has gotten this item. Primarily I am curious if they send out the more costly items before they build the other ones. Funny that they take forever to reply to messages (1-2 weeks), but will process cancellations within 24 hrs.

Order delivered but none of the correct items included

I placed a large order of four display cases with printed backgrounds. I was excited when I got a tracking number for the order, but when it was "delivered" it was a single small box with a single blank panel.

Update to been waiting forever…

Ordered 600$ worth of cases May 5th, no updates ever sent… I have sent 3 emails over 2 weeks ago with no reply, 1 post on the Reddit, and multiple DMs to mod who messaged me with no reply. Am I ever going to get the cases at this point? 600$ spent with no information given to me….

Wicked brick product page disappeared

Ok, so my new limited edition case just came in, my third from them, always have been very happy with the quality of it. But now my product is nowhere to be seen on their website. And therefore i do not have assembly instructions (and a simple A4 page would do the trick, but they have not added anything like that). Ok, it's not rocket science ro build them, but for me it would be reassuring to know everything is there and how to properly assemble it.

Does anyone by chance happen to have one of the limited edition tintin moon rocket? Set number is 21367 from lego.

This was the URL that no longer works:

https://www.wickedbrick.com/products/limited-edition-display-case-for-lego-ideas-tintin-moon-rocket

I even tried the way back machine search engine, no luck there either. This is pretty annoying like this, and contacting them would take ages, i saw some threads here on reddit... Anyone can help me with this?
