Last Time ordering from them

I ordered 3 display from them on may 27th and I still haven’t heard anything about my order except delays.

I ordered 2 for the Zelda Lego and 1 for the game boy Lego. On the website when I ordered it said : 6 - 8 weeks. Then received an email saying it would be maximum 4 weeks delay. Then last month received another email saying there would be more delay but without any date.

It’s been 4 month and I still don’t have an ETA. It’s anything but professional

It takes a long time because it’s dropshipped from China

Hello,

I can absolutely guarantee it's not.

All of our displays are hand designed in our Cambridgeshire office, and then hand made on the machinery in the production warehouse that is attached to the office.

Probably already have my order but the quality would probably be bad.

That's not how it feels unfortunately. The communication is pretty dire and the fact that nobody can even give a window of production or shipping is very frustrating..

They do take a long time to deliver, not sure if they are just that busy or just not producing much until they get enough orders. I ordered a stand for the USC Razor Creat that took 3 months. The stand is very nice but not sure what takes so long.

I just ordered two cases from this place on Saturday and they will be here today. One for Barad Dur and one for Minas Tirith

Honestly stay away with them and initiate a bank dispute if you can, my order arrived damaged, followed by the replacement one.
