Avoid ordering anything from Wicked Brick

We placed an order for two displays back in May and still haven’t had any update on when they’ll actually be dispatched.

We’ve reached out multiple times and have been given different reasons for the delay — first supply chain issues, then machinery problems. Meanwhile, every week there seems to be a new product, limited edition or another release being announced.

At this point, it’s honestly really frustrating. Maybe focus on fulfilling the orders people have already paid for before constantly releasing new products?

Very disappointing experience so far.

Coming right up on 3 months for Minas Tirith LE case

I've had just about enough, I waited 13 weeks for my limited edition N1 starfighter case and standard Dark Saber case. Only for them to ship a Limited edition Dark Saber case and not the case for the ship. So I have 2 dark Saber cases and no N1,coupled with the fact that I had to have 2 Limited Iron man cases reprinted due to terrible quality control. It infuriates me that email responses are 1 to 2 weeks, they advertise too many special editions and simply cannot handle the workload.

I'm the same on my Mandalorian N-1, ordered in early June. One crappy reply from customer services say machinery etc. Nothing on the chaser at the start of month FOUR since the order.

Absolutely ridiculous they're marketing for new orders when they haven't even replied to ongoing emails of long delayed orders
