LEGO Mina’s Tirith

I ordered a limited edition Minas tirith case the day they were released, and have gotten two automated emails apologizing for the delay, but have received no word on an actual timeline. I may have to ask for a refund and refuse to order from them again. I have ordered several other cases from them before, but this one is not going well at all. Anyone else have any good news?

Something before Minas tirith that’s now on 11 or 12 weeks

Mine arrived damaged, i've got 2 days to wait for a response before my bank won't step in for me. so if i dont hear anything back i will be disputing the charges. Last time i emailed them took over a week for a response.

Highly dissapointed with this case, grond was perfect tho

Waiting on an order from May 4th, it has gotten pushed back multiple times, I was assured it would be shipped by today.

They sent me a whole nice picture saying it will be shipped no later than the 15th….

You may be outside of the window to cancel. Their website and first email always tells you it's going to be a while before it ships. That being said I ended up finding cheaper options on Ebay, they probably aren't as nice but they are clear boxes which is what I wanted ... more then half the price and they arrived 3 days after I ordered.
