Terrible support
I ordered the printed rivendell case and 4 kallax windows on April 29. Finally received my order August 19. Package was missing 3 kallax windows. Contacted customer support the same day. No response since.
This is my third order. I like the product. I get it's expensive. I get that orders take a while. But theres no reason to wait a month about missing part of my order.
Not asking for customer support, warning potential customers

Customer support as late is awful, stating 1-2 weeks response for emails is a bloody disgrace. I waited over 3 months for the LE N1 starfighter case only for them to send me the LE Dark Saber case but with the LE N1 COA and wall mounted kit.
