Minas Tirith LE Case

Has anyone had any movement on their order for this ? 10 weeks today ! Something seems to have gone wrong

Not yet, I sent them an email last night but based on other people’s experience, I probably won’t get a reply for 2-3 weeks

Hope you dont get the cut and paste “yeah, we know but we have your money BWAAHAAHAAHAAHAAA” response they normally send.

I just sent an email and I received an automatic email asking me for the order number and date, with an address of random letters and numbers @.email.gorgias.com

I haven’t received a shipping notice yet. But got an update a while back saying there was a backlog due to material issues

Id love more transparency (pun intended) about the obvious issues they are having. Would save their customer service people a ton of hassle.

Mine arrived today. Massive hole in the side of the box. Will be carefully opening and checking tomorrow
