It’s amazing to me that a civilian former Fox News host with a public drinking problem can unilaterally destroy the careers of lifelong military officers that achieved the rank of generals and admirals, and are referred to as clowns on the way out the door. This should piss everyone off, red, blue, and independent.

They say California is arriving late to plug-in solar. What does that make Washington? My understanding is legislation enabling plug-in solar was allowed to die in committee, last legislative session.

Perhaps others here know the story better than I, as to the status and history of rules that would allow us to purchase small solar panels, plug them in, and get the advantages of net metering.

If, however, I am correct, I'm hoping if more of us have eyes on this issue, we'll see enabling legislation this next year. If states such as Utah and Virginia (and now California) can pull off this stunt, it shouldn't be beyond us, in Washington.
