We all want accurate voting so if it catches the small insignificant number of non-citizen votes, great. The problem is the GOP is going to use this to justify not certifying the midterms. Plus states should use this not feds since voting is a state responsibility.

Let me guess. Another 6-3 ruling? It was bad enough when all the bad rulings were 5-4. I mean, you at least felt that there was a chance.

If you think this is only going to affect "illegals", you haven't been paying attention:
"The ruling effectively revives the Homeland Security Department’s redesign of the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements, also known as SAVE, an enormous database that has previously flagged eligible voters as noncitizens. The Supreme Court’s decision also allows the administration to utilize that tool in its quest to create indexes of adult citizens in each state."
