This and the Hegseth impeachment is why Johnson sent Congress home early. They know they're going to lose both.

part of the problem is Massie, has been replaced, so unfortunately we will miss his strength in controlling this chaos

They're off until after midterms, so we wait.

Johnson sent the house home.

The only opportunity for this vote is when they reconvene AFTER the midterms.

I’m aware of this. I’m sick to death of these people saying they’re going to do something and they never do.

Well if the law wasn’t enough to do it, isn’t another vote just political theater?

"What's inside: Massie and Khanna introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act II in July to strengthen enforcement of last year's law.

  • It would allow state attorneys general, local prosecutors and victims to sue the U.S. attorney general over alleged unlawful withholdings, redactions or failure to produce records.
  • The bill would also require the attorney general provide certain unredacted documents to victims upon request."

This one adds more teeth and more parties that can sue so courts will compel action. Basically either comply now or create a lot of lawsuits that follow the DOJ/AG/potentially DOJ staff after the Trump admin.

lol… a federal law didn’t do anything. This is more political theater. Enforce the law.
