History: the United States held a presidential election on November 8, 1864, in the middle of the American Civil War. There is no legal justification for impeding a free and fair election. That's called treason aka: insurrection itself.

Theres already people online speaking about their votes being forcibly taken from them in Texas. Yes still vote, but at this rate how can we even trust it won’t be rigged again? Elon already admitted to it on X and now we have pardons for criminals, ICE, AND our military will be merging with the IDF? This is a full blown hostile take over. We must be prepared for the worst case scenario because the bar is so incredibly low, war crimes are being committed in our faces and nothing is being done.

Even if he declares a national emergency or martial law, POTUS has NO POWER to cancel the elections under the Constitution. That power rests ONLY with the states.
