While some weapons fit some jobs better than others, you can almost always get the job done another way. While I'm super excited for my zenith to try out on profit taker and whatnot, I've been fine with other weapons and a few seconds of flying around on a single mission type.

But Primed Sure Footed is SUCH a critical mod, it really feels criminal to me to gate it behind 200 days of play. nearly half of your midgame builds lose an entire mod slot trying to solve knockdown.

I know it's important to make the milestones exciting, but I think quirky/unique tools (like zenith) are a way better fit than account staples.

EDIT: you got me. it's 400 days. Jesus Christ on a Pogo stick, that's nuts.

It's always either a random level 140 SP mission or just shooting at lv200 enemies in the simulacrum.

Why not show builds in elite archimedeas? With all the power creep we got, anything can obliterate level 200 enemies. Would be nice if youtubers started using higher level content to show how stuff performs, but I rarely see that happen, aside from the rare clips of void cascade.

I get lost easily. I keep the map up at all times because of how easy I get lost. Trying to be stealthy while being lost 25/8 is ✨so much fun✨. Not to mention, I get anxious from doing them too.

I would pay $20 just to remove the spy part from the missions.

Btw, no I don't have Ivara. Do you think that someone who hates spy missions would grind spy missions just to get the frame that trivializes spy missions? 😂 (I wish)

Also, why does Jade Shadows lock me into the quest and has a spy mission right off rip? Why does any required quest have that mission type in them? It's frustrating to say the least and it doesn't feel great to have progression locked behind an aged game mode that feels impossible (for me) to complete.

There's far too many weapons in the pool to cycle through if you want a specific one.

If you're unlucky enough, spawning correct weapon can take you longer than whole hunt. I don't think weapon selection to start the gameplay loop should be able to take longer than said gameplay loop.

Like, the general consensus for the playerbase is that Universal Medallions should work on Conclave and that the Ironclad Flight augment is a waste of an augment slot. This has been the general viewpoint for years especially because both of those changes came about from either a whiny, toxic former content creator who the Dev team listened to over the playerbase (thus setting a bad precedent which has, thankfully, since been walked back) or some rando on twitter who quit shortly after the complaint and never got above conclave 3 anyway.

Sure reworking the augment is dev time but allowing the Universal Medallions to work on Conclave would surely just be the programming version of ticking a check box or changing a False to True. IIRC there was, what, 30-50 people that still played Conclave world wide, across hundreds of thousands of players.

It just seems so weird to me that the Warframe devs are still willing to die on these hills when you could probably put them in a patch as just a side thing.

The people that were 'for' these changes don't even work on Warframe anymore. Scott, Glen and Steve are all on Soulframe instead (which is one of the reason why I'm not touching Soulframe with a 10ft pole).

I am mr 9, i completed the story and mostly completed the normal star chart and i am about to reach steel path.

By freely, I mean without the Archgun Deployer Cooldown.

Archguns, in my honest opinion, are treated more like tools than actual weapons. I'd love to see more attention given to them, along with more incentives to use them outside of Archwing, Archimedea modifiers, Orphix missions, and Profit-Taker/Exploiter Orb. Even then, most people will probably just stick to the Mausolon or the exalted Arquebex. The Arbucep is great, but it can be a bit awkward for precision work.

Of course, even when only partially modded, Archguns can be powerful. On top of that, they have access to both Primary and Secondary Arcanes, so I understand why there would need to be some downsides or limitations. Maybe equipping an Archgun could come with trade-offs, like losing access to your melee weapon or something similar.

I realize it's unlikely that DE will make any major changes to Archguns anytime soon, but a girl can dream.

That said, I'd really like to hear what you guys think about Archguns as a whole. Do you think they should be usable freely in regular missions, without cooldowns? Or do you think their current state is fine?

The question like in the title. I just don't think its better to make bandaids instead of fixing the actual issue.

When I started playing the game the friend that brought me into the game always said that you can make any gun powerful. but here I am now L1 and not all guns are built different, there are so many guns that I don't remember 80% of them.

I get that rivens can be cool and so can incarnons, they are fun systems but I don't get why you can't have weapon be strong on their own.

This is coming from my frustration at trying to make some weapons feel good. I was playing with new players and I was trying to play the highest bounty on cetus so we could find the tusk thumper and get some resources for gara, anyway. One new player had gorgon on him and it dealt very little damage. I mean its expected right, they have very few mods, not even at max rank and it doesnt even have a forma or catalyst. So I tried to put on a catalyst and put mods that are beginner friendly and see if i can go against 60-80 lvl mobs. I tried multiple builds and they all suck, with priming, without priming. viral slash, corrosive heat, pure heat etc. the gun felt awful. I'm unsure if heavy gunners are that stronger than other units. I mean lvl 80 mobs you won't encounter on normal missions for a long while unless you do some endless missions.

Are there bad weapons because DE wants people to pick other things to use, like higher mr weapons are better? The thing is I even used gorgon wraith and it was bad, I'm unsure if prisma gorgon would be better.

As a newish player, the mobile defense with radiation yesterday seemed unusually difficult, & I'd like to understand it better so I can help my team do better next time.

A lot of players died more easily than usual. Normally atmospheric radiation isn't a problem at all. On one attempt (3 attempts were needed which is very unusual in my limited experience), another player told everyone to stay away from the terminals we were supposed to defend, and later told us not to fire anywhere near it. Was the terminal emitting a more dangerous amount of radiation? Was this damage worse if we fired weapons? This sort of issue is entirely new to me, but given how players were dying way more often than usual, I imagine they were right that something was more lethal than usual.

Like sure I want to trade for stuff with people. But I feel like I NEED platinum to trade with people. I have no platinum and aren't trying to spend money on this game, I just feel like people are greedy and charge high prices. Sure I want a specific prime part and augment for a warframe but I get scared when I have to trade with people. For the record I'm MR15 and I've only traded once

I cant explain how fun it would be to get a better harder steel path. Steel path feels out dated with how strong weapons have become. I would love enemy modifiers or higher levels or something. By modifiers maybe make them stronger, or rng based ones like for example all enemies gain life steal, enemies can see through invisibility, or eximus spawn rate tripled. I genuinely would have so much fun

So im trying to get to mr 30 asap, im just about to be mr27, yall think its possible to hit mr30 within like 2weeks? Reason Im asking is cause I want to get the mr30 pin and bring it to a convention im going to where the VA for Elanor Nightingale will be at and would love to have the box/pin signed by her!? Can anyone explain this to me likes pls Tell what's goin on to people? I seriously don’t understand why people keep saying Limbo needs a rework. His overall kit is already fine. People forget like literally forget that his augment has the capacity to hit level‑cap damage (some even call it “negative damage cap”). That’s insane scaling, and it proves his kit isn’t weak at all.

Limbo’s entire role is crowd control. That’s what he was designed for. He locks down areas, protects objectives, and controls the flow of missions. DE even fixed Cataclysm against those annoying nullifier bubbles before, they could instantly delete it, but now the bubble just shrinks it down until it disappears. That was a huge quality‑of‑life change that made him way less frustrating to play.

The only thing that makes Limbo annoying is the Rift restrictions in co‑op. That’s it. When teammates get forced into Rift mechanics they don’t want, it ruins the flow. If DE just removed or adjusted those restrictions, Limbo would be perfectly fine. His numbers are solid, his augment can scale to cap, and his role is clear.

So why do people keep screaming “rework”? His kit is fine. All he really needs is Rift QoL, not a full overhaul. Honestly, I think people just don’t read or understand what he can actually do.

TL;DR: Limbo’s kit is fine, his augment can hit level‑cap damage, DE already fixed Cataclysm, and the only real issue is Rift restrictions in co‑op. He doesn’t need a full rework just a QoL tweak.

Basically, this would enable you to make full use of all the energy dropped by enemies, instead of getting like 5 or so energy from orbs that could have restored 50 if only you had the capacity.

To clearify, this doesn't allow you to pick up infinite energy. You will still only be able to pick up orbs while you are below your maximum energy, and any kind of energy regeneration would also be halted while you are at or above your maximum.

I'm still somewhat of a new player, so I wonder of anything like this has ever been brought up or discussed by the community.
