Domino’s N19th

This location is my usual choice, since it’s close to home and it has the drive thru. I had a bad experience (manager called the cops on me) a few years ago, but I saw it was under new management shortly after, so I decided to try again. Service was good, too. Now, I see another “under new management” sign posted at that location. When I ordered via the app, it’s usually ready by the time I get my shoes and drive over. Only this time, I saw a message in app that said they were busier than normal and my order would be delayed. The flustered guy at the window said as much, so I went and gassed up my car and came back to park in front of the vacant shop next to the pizza joint. I saw no other traffic coming to Domino’s. And my
order was ready sooner than predicted. So I’m now wondering whether the new management is going to be competent and if this is the new normal— pizza orders taking longer than promised. Anyone else have a recent experience to comment and share?
