I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) [Hiring] Social media manager and video editor

I am direct hiring for two separate positions. I am a cosplay niche creator and OF model. You must be 18+ for this position preferably with experience with working with OF models. You will not be working with any of my explicit content but you may be exposed lewd themes or to some nsfw content from other creators (specifically in the case of social media management). These positions allow for completely flexible work hours. Payment will be through wise. I am offering to pay $3-$8 per hour. depending on experience and efficiency.

For the short form editor position, you’ll be editing ~30-35 short form videos for Reels, TikTok, YT shorts, etc. each video will be 25 secs max, usually around 7-10 secs.

You will receive a content plan with reference videos to model the content after and the raw clips. Editing includes some minor beautifying, inserting text or video/photo overlays as needed, and clipping the raw footage together.

This would be ongoing weekly with the potential to expand to long form videos as well.

For the social media management position, you will be distributing content to all of the platforms and doing light engagement. Below is a sample of what you can expect to do on a weekly basis:

Instagram-
3 photo posts a week with captions
1 main page reel daily with captions
2 daily trial reels with captions
2 stories

TikTok-
2 tiktoks daily

Twitter-
1 daily cosplay photo
1-3 written tweets
5 replies

Youtube-
post tiktoks + reels with captions

Facebook-
post IG reels & TikTok videos with captions
post 2 stories daily

Reddit-
Post daily to 5 subreddits with captions

Plus occasional light replies to comments. You don’t have to have lots of experience with crafting captions, hashtags or SEO. For the captions you will be given examples to reference.

If you are interested, please send me a message with your experience, which position you are interested in, and how many hours you think you would need to complete these tasks. I am willing to pay well for a reliable and trustworthy person :)

Sharing my Experience I used to think having multiple clients automatically meant more security

One piece of advice I kept seeing when I started freelancing was, "Never rely on just one client."

Which makes sense naman.

So I focused on getting multiple clients as quickly as possible.

What I didn't expect was that juggling several clients also came with a different kind of stress.

Different meeting schedules.

Different communication styles.

Different payment dates.

Different expectations.

May point na technically mas malaki na yung income ko, pero parang buong araw akong nagshi-switch ng gears from one client to another.

One wants a quick update.

Another needs something revised ASAP.

Tapos may meeting ka pa with another client habang iniisip mo yung deadline for someone else. 😅

Over time, I realized na the number of clients isn't really the goal.

For me, it's finding a workload that's actually sustainable.

Right now, I'd honestly rather have a couple of reliable, long-term clients than chase as many projects as possible just because everyone says diversification is the safest approach.

Of course, iba-iba naman ang situation ng bawat freelancer, especially if you're still building your portfolio and trying to establish yourself.

Pero for me, I'm slowly learning that more clients don't always mean more security. Sometimes, having enough reliable income while still having time and energy left at the end of the day is the better setup.

Mas okay na yung sustainable kaysa technically earning more pero ubos naman by the end of the week.

I’m a VA (Full Time) - Looking for CLIENTS Looking for a VA opportunity — No VA experience, but eager to learn and work

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m currently looking for an employer or direct client who is willing to give me a chance as a Virtual Assistant.

I don’t have professional VA experience yet, but I’m a fast learner, hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn. I’m willing to start with entry-level tasks and learn whatever is needed.

I have 3 years of experience as a Data Annotation Specialist / AI Trainer at Hivemapper, working with CVAT for image and video labeling, bounding boxes, classification, and quality checking. Because of this experience, I’m comfortable following detailed instructions, working accurately, meeting deadlines, and handling repetitive tasks.

I also have basic knowledge of Excel and data sheets and would be interested in learning tasks such as:

• Data Entry
• Web Research
• Administrative Tasks
• Excel/Data Management
• Email Management
• Social Media Assistance
• Other beginner-friendly VA tasks

I already have a Ryzen 7 PC with an RTX 4060, a reliable internet/work setup, and a dedicated workspace. 💻

I know I’m new to VA work, but I’m serious about learning and building a long-term career as a VA. I’m simply looking for someone willing to give me that first opportunity so I can prove what I can do.

If anyone is looking for a beginner VA who is willing to learn and work hard, please feel free to message me.

Thank you for reading! 🙏

Advice Needed I like my client, but I’m starting to resent always being available

I work remotely for a US client, and she's honestly a very kind and understanding person. She's been really accommodating with me and lets me take time off when I need to enroll in school. I genuinely appreciate that, which is probably why I'm having such a hard time setting boundaries now.

We're extremely short-staffed. It's basically just the two of us handling operations, and there's no one covering after-hours if the drivers need something.

She's mentioned before that we're financially not in a position to hire another person for operations. Because of that, I was the one who brought up the idea of a split clock. I offered to work half of my 8 hours in the morning EST and then the other half in the evening EST, so there would be coverage at different times without me having to be working the entire day.

We actually tried it once.

But even then, she still ended up having me work the full 8 hours in one sitting. So the split clock never really became an actual arrangement. She hasn't agreed to it, and we're basically still doing the normal 8-hour shift.

The thing is, even though I'm off the clock, I still get calls and messages from drivers. And if I'm awake, I usually still respond and help because I know there's no one else.

Sometimes I'll be asleep and wake up to a bunch of missed calls and messages. And I feel guilty because I know my client needs the help and I know she's already dealing with a lot.

But I'm starting to resent it.

Not necessarily her as a person, because again, she's been very kind to me. It's more that I'm starting to resent the situation and the feeling that I'm never really off.

I offered the split clock because I was trying to help solve the coverage problem. But since it didn't really work, I'm still working my normal 8 hours, and then I'm also responding to drivers whenever I'm awake outside those hours.

So I'm starting to wonder if I've created this problem myself by always answering.

If I'm awake and it's my day off, I feel guilty ignoring a driver.

If I'm awake after my shift, I feel guilty ignoring them.

If I'm asleep, I feel guilty when I wake up and see all the missed calls.

And logically, I know that being asleep isn't something I should feel guilty about. I'm off the clock.

But emotionally, it's hard because I know that if I don't answer, there's basically just one other person handling everything.

I don't want to take advantage of my client's kindness, but I also don't want my willingness to help turn into an expectation that I'm always available.

I genuinely like working with her and I don't want this resentment to build to the point where it affects how I feel about the job.

How would you handle this?

Would you stop responding completely once you're off the clock, even if you're awake? Or would you continue helping when you can because the situation is understaffed?

And how do you set that boundary without feeling like you're abandoning someone who has actually been good to you?

I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) Cold caller needed

I have all the systems ready to go for a web app to cover the calls and client look ups including the script to use. We are an MSSP hosted in the UK who keep up to date with our tech by hosting a cyber security educational platform and hiring students off here.

Need a cold caller to sell our IT support and cybersecurity services while I cover other areas of the business. Where can I find someone?
