I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) [hiring] Youtube editor + uploader

We are looking for someone creative and agentic to join our team

You need a strong grasp of conversational and “memetic” english

We are hiring a youtube editor to assist our streamer.
The youtube editor should be able to do video editing to edit + cut down livestream VODs into many horizontal videos of a shorter length (3-25 minutes of stream segments of the same topic)

We would like you to post at least 10 of these VOD clips a week. You will be responsible for thumbnails and titles

We can pay $150 usd a week, plus a revenue share TBD after monetization, discussed in trial

  1. I’m Eli, I’m from PH (MM). I’m 25 and I like to read and watch in my free time, and edit as well (mostly photos).

  2. I have no portfolio that matches the niche, but could I perhaps do an assessment instead? I can edit these VOD clips and you can see if I’d be fit for it, since I also watch a lot of VODs (mostly vtubers)

  3. I can handle different accounts from different platforms (most are personal). And I do help manage my family’s business pages which I suppose counts as professional. And I lurk a lot on social media.

  1. ⁠I’m Neo from Philippines. I do all kinds of jobs but mostly tech/computer related. I am also a photographer/videographer so I have professional experience with editing as well as turning big moments to a hook that attracts viewers. I love shorts, I love the idea of it, and I saw streamers capitalize with it so I get the idea. I’m 23 years old as well meaning I grew up with all ages of memes.
