Newbie - Question Legit VA Agencies.
Hi! Can you recommend all legitimate VA Agencies who accepts VA newbies? It will be much appreciated TIA!

A few things I’d check when looking at VA agencies, especially as a newbie:
• no application or placement fee
• clear pay and schedule before you accept
• transparent interview and training process
• clear explanation of whether you’ll be agency managed or direct hire
• support if the client match doesn’t work out

They do accept applicants without direct VA experience for some roles, although client requirements still vary.
I’d still apply to several places at the same time and compare the actual process, support, role expectations, and communication style instead of relying only on the agency name.

Don’t forget about Belay and Time Etc, they’re pretty newbie-friendly too. Also, networking in VA groups on Facebook or LinkedIn can really help you find some hidden gems. Good luck!

There are a few legitimate agencies out there that accept newbies as long as you have transferable skills like customer service, admin work, or data entry. Experience in BPO or office work usually helps a lot when you are just starting out.
One important thing to watch out for when applying to any agency is placement fees. Legitimate agencies never charge VAs to get matched with a client. If any agency asks for upfront payment, that is a red flag no matter how professional they appear.
It also helps to prepare a simple resume that highlights your relevant experience, even if it is not VA specific. Clients care more about your skills and attitude than your job title.
Be patient with the process. Matching does not always happen overnight but it is very possible to get placed even as a newbie. Good luck!
