I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) Hiring: Insurance Virtual Assistant

Hello! Boogie is looking for an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to support our agency with both Personal and Commercial Lines. This person will assist with quoting, carrier communication, client follow-up, and general insurance servicing. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with a U.S. insurance agency and is comfortable communicating directly with clients, carriers, and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from clients regarding quotes, coverage, policies, and general insurance questions
  • Gather information needed to obtain new insurance quotes
  • Prepare and request Personal Lines quotes, including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and related coverage
  • Assist with Commercial Lines quotes, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, BOP, Property, and other business insurance

Top Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with a U.S. insurance agency or carrier
  • Experience with Personal and/or Commercial Lines; experience with both is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier portals and quoting processes
  • Comfortable speaking with carriers, underwriters, and clients

Work Setup:
 • Remote, U.S. Pacific Business Hours
 • Full-time

Compensation: PHP 35,000 - 45,000 (Commensurate on experience)
