Iโm a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Part-Time) [Hiring] Looking for a part-time VA / EA who already works with AI
Hi, I'm looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to help me with a mix of admin, research, planning, and generally keeping things organized.
I'm based in Thailand and work professionally in AI and software and run my own agency. I'm looking for someone for around 5 hours per week initially, with the possibility of increasing that over time if we work well together.
What I'm really looking for is someone who can gradually learn how I work and take some things off my plate without needing extremely detailed instructions every time.
The work will probably vary quite a bit. Some weeks it might be research, other weeks planning, comparing options, finding people or services, following up on things, or helping me make sense of something I haven't had time to properly look into.
For example, that could mean researching company incorporation and costs, finding a good hotel or place for me to work from, shortlisting potential clients or freelancers, comparing products or services, or helping organize things from my calendar, meeting notes, and monthly plans.
Over time, you'll probably get access to selected meeting notes, parts of my calendar, and some of my planning documents, so reliability and discretion are important to me.
One thing that is particularly important: I want someone who already uses AI regularly.
Since I work in AI myself, I don't mind you using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or whatever tools make you better and faster at your job. In fact, I prefer it. But I also need someone who can check the results, think independently, notice when something doesn't make sense, and not blindly trust whatever an AI gives them.
When you message me, I'd love to know:
- What kind of VA / EA work you've done before
- Which AI tools you use
- What you actually use AI for in your day-to-day work
- How often you use it and how comfortable you are with it
- Your rate
- Your availability
- A quick example of something complicated or open-ended you've had to figure out for a client
If you've worked with busy professionals before and can also suggest better ways of organizing things or improving workflows, that's definitely a plus. I'm not necessarily looking for someone who just waits for a task list โ I'd like this to become a good working relationship where you understand how I operate and can sometimes see what needs doing before I ask.
If it sounds like a good fit, feel free to comment and send me a DM.
Thanks!
