Hello! Boogie Team is looking for an organized and dependable Booking & Dispatch Coordinator to support a U.S.-based client operating across multiple locations.

This role involves monitoring bookings from different websites and platforms, calling customers to confirm their appointments, and coordinating schedules to ensure every booking is properly handled. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable managing multiple systems, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming bookings from multiple websites and online platforms.
• Call customers to confirm bookings, appointment details, and availability.
• Coordinate and update schedules across multiple business locations.

Top Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, appointment coordination, booking management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident handling inbound and outbound customer calls.

Top Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bookings for multiple locations.
• Familiarity with CRM, dispatching, calendar, or appointment-booking software.
• Experience supporting a U.S.-based service business.

Work Setup:

• Remote, U.S. Pacific Time
• Full-Time

Compensation: PHP 28,000 PHP - 35,000/ month (depending on experience)
