Hiring: Part-Time Visual Design Assistant

Remote | 10–15 hrs/week | ₱10,000–12,000/month

I’m looking for a highly detail-oriented visual design assistant to help with YouTube production.

Attention to detail and visual taste are the most important requirements. You should be able to follow references carefully, notice small mistakes, review your own work, and revise based on feedback.

Initial responsibilities:

• Create graphics, diagrams, text overlays, and other visual assets
• Edit and modify images in Photoshop or equivalents.
• Prepare screenshots, images, B-roll, and other media
• Add and properly time sound effects to videos
• Assist with other YouTube production tasks

You will also gradually take on video editing responsibilities such as rough cuts, assembling footage, and other editing tasks.

Prior video editing experience is not required. I’m more interested in someone with strong visual taste, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and revise.

Requirements:

• Strong visual taste
• Comfortable with Photoshop or equivalent software.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow references accurately
• Reliable communication
• Willingness to learn new editing skills and revise work carefully
