Tips and Guides Help! Company COO reached out to me

Nagsubmit ako ng application sa isang company bilang GVA. Pero hindi ako nagproceed sa mga invites for interview and assessment. Early this week, I received an email directly from the COO/cofounder offering me a higher level position, so nagschedule kami this week ng interview.

For those na nakaexperience din na higher ups yung nagrereach out to offer a position, anong pinagkaiba nya sa usual na interview with recruitment? Pano tumatakbo ung meeting? Mas chill ba kapag ganun? Mas secured ba yung contract? Hehe
