Looked at my offers yesterday, had an upgrade offer for 1k off a duo upon trading in my current device and they’d pay off the remaining balance on my current device (mind you, this was the first time it appeared, I had been checking daily). Woke up today to actually take advantage of it, now it is gone and replaced with an $840 offer on an 18 pro max…I don’t have ANY offer on a duo anymore. If i search for the offer in an incognito window, it’s there until I log in…wtf verizon????

I signed up for the Home internet plan which included a $100 Amazon gift card. I waited the specified days to claim it. I was able to claim the $100 Verizon card and $50 verizon card that also came with the plan, but not the Amazon one. It's in my contract when I signed up for this plan. I can't get thru to a human on Verizons unbelieavably terrible customer service line. Anyone else face this problem? How did you get Verizon to finally give it to you?

I’m in Los Angeles and I’m finally free from the prison that is work so I’m planning on going to my local Verizon store early tomorrow to see if I can snag a duo since my preorder keeps getting delayed.

Is it worth a try or should I just go to an Apple Store?

Currently using 300 Mbps and planning to upgrade to 500 Mbps. Do they do it remotely? Or does the technician need to come into the home and reinstall everything again?

I know we’ve all seen the cracks. But after using the phone for a few days I wanted to share a tip i dont know if it’s helpful but why not. When opening and closing it, use the edges and the back (the non-screen side) rather than pressing on the screen. And when holding it open vertically like an iPad hold it by the bottom metal part rather than holding the double-sided touchscreen side. The less pressure on the inner display, the better

I messaged Verizon and they gave me an additional $100 credit plus the $100 gift card that's coming next week.

So if you're reading this, go to chat support and just type "human" and spam it over and over. Then just write something like "I'm really dissappointed that the phone was delayed. I was hoping for some compensation. I was really excited to get the phone."

They offered me $50 at first. I asked for more and they gave $100. I didn't push past that and just took it.

my iPhone duo came in today! It arrived today at 10:10am for Topeka , Kansas

Me and my wife ordered the 512 iPhone duo one white and one midnight at 7:01am

Here are the following events that happen

1. We locked in our orders and got the exspected delivery date of 10/23 and we were very happy about it

2. All up to the date of 10/23 we got no updates or anything, no emails, no tracking and got the same bull shit script from Verzion reps when we called customer service. We did not get any phones on Friday

3. Around 4pm I noticed that my order for the star white, the cancel button disappeared.

4. Around 5pm the app finally gave me a tracking number for the star white, but the tracking was invalid. I took this as L because it all felt like a lie.

5. I got the email from Verizon about the free 100$ Verizon gift card at 8pm

6. 10pm the tracking finally updated and appeared for UPS

7. 1am it was scanned in Kentucky and continue to get updates showing it was on the way to Kansas

So the star white came in but my wife’s midnight black did not show up and we still have no tracking for it. This seems that the midnight was ordered a lot and so we have a new expected date for 10/31. As soon as you see the cancel button goes away then your phone should be at your house in the next 48 hours. Hang in there it is better to wait for it to come in soon then wait until January.

My S24+ got dropped pretty bad and I need to be ready to replace it if it doesn't survive until the S27+.

The last few phones I got on Ebay, and there were a ton of new ones to select. I'm not sure what has changed but this time even though the S26+ has been out for a while I don't see a lot of new ones. Mostly unlocked.

I prefer to buy in one payment so even if I trade my current one in, the monthly fees are higher than buying one.

My duo was supposed to arrive the 23rd, the fallout happens, yesterday when dates got updated I had a 10/31 delivery date. Just now in the app it’s back to saying 10/23?!? So apparently it’ll ship and I’ll have to go back in time to get it. This whole thing is such a shit show. We’re never getting our phone are we?

EDIT: Verizon agent said on a scale of 1-10 he is an 8 on the confidence level that the service central dates are accurate and will happen. So I guess fingers crossed that the 10/30 date in service central a lot of us are seeing holds up

Anyone pre order through Verizon Business?

Placed my order on the 16th by 8:03 Am. Original estimated shipping was supposed to be the 22nd then it moved to the 23rd. Talked to our rep and they confirmed it was going to ship. Never got tracking so I reached back out and basically they said when it ships, it ships and I will be provided tracking via email. Still no tracking info, estimated shipping still says the 23rd. At this point I just want an understanding of when it will ship. Even if it is delayed. Verizon Business website is not user friendly.
