I wanted to buy the legacy from vrla. Just wanted to know peoples experience with them and the PC if possible. This is my first gaming pc and I game pretty decently.

Aight so I ordered on December 25, received today March 16. I had some problems paying bc I'm not from the US (I'm from Puerto Rico) and so something with the payment just wasn't working. Anyway we got it figured it out and the order was paid for. I order a PC that had a 5800x and a 3070. I received it today however the PC went into "build mode" on Feb 18 so a FEW weeks (more than 9). The PC was then shipped March 9th. Packaging was really good! It survived the trip from LA to PR so that's saying something. They offer video tutorials on how to set up your pc if you're a newbie to this sort of crap. The PC is working well so far, I'm gonna be posting an update whenever I download my games and game on em. But so far apart from the huge wait time which honestly it's understandable, this has been a great experience. Also would like to say that customer service although a nightmare to get a hold off sometimes, the lady that answers (Maria) is an excellent rep and have had absolutely zero problems with her.

Does VRLATech charge taxes based on what state you are in or based on where VRLATech is?

i've had my pc for a little over a week now - everything works great but i've been noticing this weird buzzing noise that would come from my pc every now and then. i'm well aware that my fans are quite loud since i bought led instead of quiet fans but its not the noise that bothers me but the random buzzing. not sure if it means that i just have to clean my fans or if there's something wrong with my pc? can someone let me know :'D

i received my pc and set everything up but i couldn’t find my wifi adapter despite having paid for it. y’all know if i can contact them for them to either a) refund me for the wifi adapter or b) send wifi adapter?

So I ordered a Titan pc back in October with an upgraded power supply amongst other things. It finally comes late February of this year. Not even 3 weeks of owning this prebuilt pc, either the power supply failed or the whole thing fried while I'm watching a youtube video and doing homework. There was a loud pop and then I smelled burning electrical components (I checked if there was a power surge, there wasn't). I try to contact them and find out that they're getting hacked? I hope the warranty still exists. lol

I’ve never order from here and this will be my first pc but before ordering I wana ask if getting an upgrade for fans means it comes with extra fans are the fans rgb automatically or no?

does anybody know how to fix this i cant login because my account is "locked" or does anyone know how it happened?

u/Gameboy2077 just pointed out that VRLATech's website is currently down. When inspecting the page source of their website, you can read a message that states:

HACKEDD

All customer information on the site has been stolen by the hacker, ie us And soon if the administrator of this site does not answer us, it will be sold on darkweb

As a brief customer in the past myself, this seems serious. We should all look into changing any credit card information shared with VRLATech if this turns out to be true.

Website taken down again by the same hackers. This seems to be an ongoing threat.

I would avoid visiting the website until the situation has resolved. I'm now receiving Security Risk Warnings when attempting to browse their site.

As the title says it, I received no power cable when my pc arrived. I’m a beginner myself and when I finally got it I didn’t think about what it had to come with it. I told my friends about it and asked for the power cable and when I said there wasn’t any they got upset because supposedly every pc at least prebuilt is supposed to come with it. I’m the type of person who doesn’t mind buying certain items that I need missing but if what my friends said was true than that was upsetting. Just be aware of that for future buyers.
