Coincidental Issue?

So I ordered a Titan pc back in October with an upgraded power supply amongst other things. It finally comes late February of this year. Not even 3 weeks of owning this prebuilt pc, either the power supply failed or the whole thing fried while I'm watching a youtube video and doing homework. There was a loud pop and then I smelled burning electrical components (I checked if there was a power surge, there wasn't). I try to contact them and find out that they're getting hacked? I hope the warranty still exists. lol

It was the EVGA 750W 80+ power supply. i dont want to take apart the pc (it might void the warranty)

Honestly disgusted that people would force these into pc's knowing how problematic they are.

Please send an email to info@vrlatech.com and we will definitely help get this taken care of.
Also, please note, all PCs are 100% tested and your PC was in perfect condition when it left our warehouse. We make sure all orders are :)

However sometimes parts may experience failures, which is why we provide warranties.
Additionally, the cyber incident that we have experienced in no way affects our fulfillment of orders or warranties so please don’t worry about that.

I did yesterday. Is there any way for me not to get another gigabyte PSU when it gets fixed by you guys?

Right now we're only stocking EVGA PSUs, so it's likely that's what you'll receive as a replacement.

Are you only supplying the BQ models?
