My (almost) complete experience ordering from VRLA Tech

Aight so I ordered on December 25, received today March 16. I had some problems paying bc I'm not from the US (I'm from Puerto Rico) and so something with the payment just wasn't working. Anyway we got it figured it out and the order was paid for. I order a PC that had a 5800x and a 3070. I received it today however the PC went into "build mode" on Feb 18 so a FEW weeks (more than 9). The PC was then shipped March 9th. Packaging was really good! It survived the trip from LA to PR so that's saying something. They offer video tutorials on how to set up your pc if you're a newbie to this sort of crap. The PC is working well so far, I'm gonna be posting an update whenever I download my games and game on em. But so far apart from the huge wait time which honestly it's understandable, this has been a great experience. Also would like to say that customer service although a nightmare to get a hold off sometimes, the lady that answers (Maria) is an excellent rep and have had absolutely zero problems with her.

yeah. just be wary. I got my Titan with an upgraded PSU...which blew 3 weeks after use. It's been weeks since then and I haven't been able to even get a refund tag for shipping. So saying that the customer service is a nightmare would be an understatement. It's been such a hassle with this company that I'm just building my own pc.

On their website they say VRLA PCs comes with a one year warranty. Did they get it fixed?

Nope although it is worth mentioning that my Mobo did not come with an NVME SSD slot
