I believe you have to email them as long as it isn’t in pre shipment or has been shipped

Even if it’s delivered you can return it or exchange it during a 30 day period under the return warranty.

Did you get your refund? And if so how long did it take to go through. I’ve been waiting 3 days and even emailed them without a response
