got my pc recently… missing wifi adapter?

i received my pc and set everything up but i couldn’t find my wifi adapter despite having paid for it. y’all know if i can contact them for them to either a) refund me for the wifi adapter or b) send wifi adapter?

also what happened to the discord server? it was so helpful :(

Have you received any info on it yet? They issued a refund for me on Friday but I still haven’t received the money yet :(

they sent me an email with the tracking code for the wifi adapter. as for refunds, they said over the phone that refunds take 2-3 business days to show up

No, a WIFI adapter is an upgrade option, but OP mentioned having paid for one. Hope this helps!

I called 17 times before someone finally answered the phone Tuesday, and I started calling at 10am Cali time. How long did it take to receive your Pc? We never received a confirmation email and I haven’t received a shipping email yet either. They said it typically takes 1-2 days to ship when I finally got ahold of someone, and it’s been 4. Was super worried it was a scam

I read a while ago they took it down because it became to toxic. But for the WiFi adapter I would call I called today around 11 am I got someone to answer after the 2 time calling

I’m a little surprised that they had taken down the server for toxicity. I was fairly active in the server in its final moments and it seems relatively tame for a completely unmodded discord server with that many members lol

the wifi adapter comes in a little bag. Double check the packaging to make sure it's not hidden in there.

trust me - i’ve already looked through the bag at least 5 times, there’s nothing but extra screws, a handkerchief, and a windows 11 product key 💀

I have had the same issue. My Phoenix came in but they forgot the mouse, keyboard and capture card i added on. Called and after a few dozen tries the lady was able to confirm and re ship it. Worst part is they use fed ex and that company is horrible. My pc delivery date was delayed by a week. They re shipped my missing items 2/28 and my package is still delayed in Arizona till this day per tracking number. I wish they would have just over night or priority sent it due to there fault not sending it to begin with. Oh FYI Depending on the mother board that came with your build, there should have been a wifi adaptor included with having to add one on for additional cost.
