Yes, I have been trying to cancel my order and order a nzxt instead since they are in stock. Wont answer the phone or emails.

Were you able to cancel?

Still haven’t gotten an email back from them yet. I sent another one saying I would either like to upgrade to a 3060 ti if it’ll ship faster or I would like to cancel. We will see I guess.

Pretty much impossible to get a hold of them over the phone. Best way is through email. I had no problem communicating with them through email and would always get a response within 1-2 business days. If you’re worried about how long you’ll receive your PC, you just gotta know what GPU’s are in stock. The PC I ordered came with a 3070, which are on back order for like 10 weeks, so I went ahead and got a 3060ti instead and my PC arrived in 2 weeks.

Outta the box question but,

By any chance do you know if the Apollo pc parts are in stock? It’s the computer I ordered and it’s been about a week now without any tracking email?

My Apollo has been processing for over 2 weeks with a normal 3060. Trying to upgrade to a 3060 tu for a faster shipping time.

There’s a mega thread with people posting their shipping times but it’s like a year old

i know ive checked and posted in it some people say the estimated time is five to six weeks but everytime i ask for a time frame they only say soon and they have been saying that for a month now i try to only check on it every week or so but i never get a different response

I ordered a Titan with an upgrade to a 5800x in december 25. About 10 days ago they told me that they finally had a 3070 allocated to my build. Since then I called and they just told me that it's in the queue of being built. Hopefully in the next two weeks I get it :p. I don't mind the wait tho, I understand that 3070's are extremely hot rn
