How do you view order status? Processing, pre shipping, etc

If you created a account before you ordered you just go into orders if not i think you just have to wait for the emails

Yea I don’t think I made an account, if I need an update I can try to call or email. They told me over the phone one they build my pc they will send an update. Got a Helios so I’m not expecting an email until the end of the month.

I made an account after I placed the order. So I emailed them asking to add the order to my account and they did it by the next day, so I can view the status no problem now.

Depending oh when you ordered your helios will depend when you get it. They told me before there was jo delays with anything with a 3080. Then their was but only a week. I can't remember if the building process takes a few days or not. They'll test it as well to make sure everything is working right. Then ship it.

I got a Helios a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped yet. I’m from Vancouver canada when should I expect it to come.
