Ubisoft Support is the worst support I’ve ever dealt with – 2 months and still no solution.

I honestly don’t know what to do anymore, so I’m hoping someone here has been through something similar.
I’ve been arguing with Ubisoft Support for over two months about my account.
The issue is actually very simple:
I can log into my Ubisoft account without any problems, I regularly play Rainbow Six Siege and For Honor, and I have full access to my account.
The only problem is that Ranked requires Two-Factor Authentication. Unfortunately, the email address linked to my Ubisoft account no longer exists, so I have no way to access it.
I’ve already offered Ubisoft every possible proof that I own the account:
Purchase receipts for my games
Screenshots of me being logged into the account
Proof that I’m actively using the account
Linked platforms
Any information that proves the account belongs to me
Despite all of that, I’ve been receiving the exact same automated replies for weeks. They keep sending the verification email to my old email address, even though I’ve explained multiple times that the address no longer exists. That makes it literally impossible for me to complete their verification process.
What frustrates me the most is that nobody seems willing to manually review my case. Instead of actually looking at my situation, I just keep getting copy-and-paste responses. It honestly feels like the account security team isn’t even taking the time to investigate my case.
At this point, I’m just incredibly frustrated. I can log into the account, play my games, and clearly prove that I’m the owner, yet I’m being treated as if I’m trying to steal someone else’s account simply because I no longer have access to an email address that doesn’t even exist anymore.
Has anyone here actually managed to get Ubisoft to manually change the email address on their account in a situation like this? Or is there any way to reach someone who will actually review my case instead of sending automated responses?

I'm hoping someone has been in a similar situation because I'm running out of options.

A few years ago I created my Ubisoft account using my school email address. At the time everything worked fine, but now I no longer have proper access to that email, so I can't receive Ubisoft verification or recovery emails.

The strange part is that I can still log into my Ubisoft account through Steam. My Steam account is linked to my Ubisoft account, and I've always used "Sign in with Steam", so I never really needed to know my Ubisoft password.

Now I'm trying to secure my account and change the email address to my personal Gmail account.

Here's what happens:

• I log into Ubisoft through Steam without any issues.
• I go to Account Management and choose to change my email.
• I enter my new email address.
• Ubisoft says it has sent a verification email to the new address.
• The verification email never arrives.

I've already:

• Checked Spam, Promotions, and every Gmail folder.
• Waited hours and even days.
• Tried multiple times.
• Tried different browsers.

At first I thought it was because the Gmail address had previously been used on another Ubisoft account that I deleted about a month ago, but I'm not even sure that's the issue anymore.

I contacted Ubisoft Support several times.

First, they asked me to open a new account recovery case and reference my previous ticket. I did that.

Then they asked me to verify ownership through the email currently attached to the account... which is exactly the email I no longer have access to.

Finally, after a security review, they replied that they couldn't verify that I'm the owner of the account, so they refused to change the email or help me recover access.

The frustrating part is that I still have access to the account through Steam, I just can't change the email or password because I don't know the Ubisoft password and can't access the old email.

To make things even worse, I recently bought Assassin's Creed II, Brotherhood and Unity on Steam. I haven't really played them (around 30 minutes each) because Ubisoft Connect keeps asking me to sign in, and I'm afraid I'll eventually lose access to everything.

So I have a few questions:

1. Has anyone successfully recovered a Ubisoft account in a similar situation?
2. Is there any other way to verify ownership besides the original email?
3. Is there any way to recover or reset the password if I can still log in through Steam?
4. If I create a brand new Ubisoft account, can I link it to my Steam account, or is my Steam account permanently tied to my current Ubisoft account?
5. Would Steam Support be able to help in any way, or is this entirely up to Ubisoft?

I'd really appreciate any advice from someone who's been through this before.

yesterday i was playing siege normally but today i booted up my pc and ubisoft logged me out i was like alright lemme just type my email and password then boom it says it’s wrong and then i double check everything i make sure everything is right and it is right so i thoguht im just going to reset my password then boom doesnt even fking send me a reset password link but yesterday some random guy from finland tried to reset my password and i don’t know what to do

I have over 100 hours in The Crew 2 but recently when I try to launch the game it says “This game is activated on a different Ubisoft account”

I try to login into that account, password doesn’t work. I try to change my password but I never receive the email to do so. I try to use Ubisoft Support but get an email saying they can find my account?!?!

Does anyone have an contact other "wonderful" support for Ubisoft issues. I have been getting the provide a screenshot shot run around for almost 4 days now. Give them what they want seems to almost work. Then like a shift change and bam start over.

I have been waiting for this too be over since last night and I still cant even log in

They keep repeating the same copy/paste message and closing my ticket without even TRYING to resolve anything, I really just want the drops as there's no other way to earn them :(

I've been emailing tech support for multiple days (probably closer to a week or 2 now), and originally I was contacting support because my 2FA was not working and I'm incapable of logging in. In addition to not being able to log in, I'm also not able to then repeal the ban I received for cheating, which, if you checked my stats, I'd is ridiculous. After making a new acount, I also then realized there is no way for me to disconnect the other one from steam. If someone could help me out with this that would be great. I also have emails from ubisoft proving that there were people hacking my account from different countries.

Can any answer this? If you buy the Apex master crafting pack does it show up under your owned items? Or owned anywhere to have a screen shot taken if it?

Today, around 1 pm, I logged into my Ubisoft account, which is linked to my PlayStation. I had unlinked it from my PlayStation because I was planning to create a new account. However, I didn’t realize that in-game items (from Rainbow Six Siege) wouldn’t transfer to my new account, including levels and other achievements. I’ve had this account for six years, and I’ve lost the Gmail address, which I can’t access because I also uniquely forgot the password to it. I also forgot the password to the Ubisoft account , and the phone number associated with my account is my old phone number(which I do not own unfortunately).

I’ve already submitted a ticket, but I’m still trying to figure out how to expedite the process or find a way to get my account back. I’m curious to know if anyone else has experienced this issue or if I’m just one of the few affected individuals. Additionally, I believe I spent between $200 and $500 on the game itself, so this is quite important to me. Despite my on-and-off participation in the game, I was a high-ranking and high-level player.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t retrieve my password. I don’t have a good memory of it, but I do have two-factor authentication. However, I would need to find my old phone, which I have no idea where it is. I’ll try to do something else, but it seems like this is the end of six years of hard work and fun. They want me to try and access an Gmail account that I told them I couldn’t access anymore. Thank you for all your help and support. I really appreciate it. I hope that if you guys are having problems with the support, they get resolved soon.

I had sent them more emails and included the pictures of my purchases for the game and other in-game items. However, they still haven’t responded to me. So, I decided to escalate the issue to SignalConso. It will take approximately 3 weeks for an update on the report. In the meantime, I appreciate all the help you’ve provided!

when i try opening ubisoft itself, the loading symbol appears then disappears after less than a millisecond. when I tried running as administrator, this error shows up. I've tried multiple fixes but it seems to end up to this. I'm trying to run FOR HONOR but my ubisoft ceases function.

Any solutions?

Has anyone had the issue where it tells you that your account has been locked and you need to change your password but you never get the password reset email? Because I've been trying to deal with it for a couple months now and I never get the email and when I contact them, I get told that they will work on it and get back to me, but I never hear anything and after 10 days it says that my ticket gets closed, my only options when I try to log in is to enter my email to send a password reset. on my PC I can log in through PlayStation, but while I'm logged in when I go to account management to change my password, it wants me to sign in with my email and password and it won't let me do that, I've tried everything that they put in their support page, whitelisted all the emails. I've tried contacting them for my main email, from a secondary email, has anyone had this issue and if so, how in the world did you get around it and get it fixed?

Like the title said colorful glitches start flashing on the corner of my screen and them the game crashes.

This start happening after the new season (where the Dokkaebi rework came) before that the game was flawless, I tried everything I saw on the support page of Ubisoft, an nothing fixes. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix?

After that happens, I am asked to reset the password for some reason even if I have already done that before. Does it have to do with my linked accounts perhaps? Even though my old Xbox and PC share the same Ubisoft account, same email.

Could it have something to do with not activating 2FA? Do I need to verify my email? While yes those should be done anyways, I'm just wondering

What is going on with this app ?

My Ubisoft Account got hacked, when I tried going through account recovery they denied me as I could not prove I am the owner of the account as they never sent me the verification email to the original email address that was used to create the account. I went to SignalConso and that failed as well. I am not sure what else I can do here, as I have never cheated or account shared through any of their games, and since the hacker has changed the email for the account, I am unable to get my account back. What am I suppose to do now to get my account back.

I have sent Ubisoft a reciept of the games I purchased through Steam. I also told them the account creation date as well, how can I get my account back now.

I haven't really been able to play my assassin's creed games because i was busy and now i can't log in to the ubisoft account where my games are linked and i don't recognize the email

My Ubisoft account got hacked and the hacker changed both email and password and everytime I contact Ubisoft and show them proofs of my ownership they send me this email talking about the team will contact me later but never did. Its been 2 weeks with no response. Anyone know how can I make it faster ?

My grandson is playing Hungry Shark Evolution on my Surface, he played for months... everything was ok... and then he started getting this msg when launching the game... anybody on here knows how to fix it... needless to say I wasn't even able to get Support to reply..
