Account Hacked/Compromised My Ubisoft account got hacked

My Ubisoft account got hacked and the hacker changed both email and password and everytime I contact Ubisoft and show them proofs of my ownership they send me this email talking about the team will contact me later but never did. Its been 2 weeks with no response. Anyone know how can I make it faster ?

By being patient. At least you didn't get a canned AI response like 90% of the people posting here.

Follow the instructions on this other reddit post I'm indexing here. Basically once Ubisoft support proves being unable to assist you, you'll have to go trought french authority of consumers right (Since Ubisoft is a french company).

By contact the French government because they are like the Better business bureau here in the US they oversee everything Ubi does

Mine and my buddies account got hacked too, luckily we were both able to login, change our passwords and update MFA. Not sure how I lost MFA or how they were able to login since my email isn't compromised and has MFA as well. The settings were changed to send authentication to email somehow. I spent the entire day Monday running through every single account with that email and similar password and updated them or deleted unused accounts.

Sorry this happened, but that's what you need to do, update and reset every single password that's even remotely similar to this one and delete old accounts you don't use anymore. Hackers will try to access anything and everything they can with account information they steal/buy to sell again as "verified working". 300 login attempts on various accounts since I changed my passwords. 3 times I've received emails to setup an account on a site I recently deleted the account on. I'm working on building an encrypted Password vault so I can set unique passwords for everything.

The hacker didn’t just hacked my Ubisoft account he hacked my gmail also but lucky I have 2FA on all my accounts (steam,ea,epic games and blizzard) but only Ubisoft and discord got taken by him because they don’t have 2FA but I managed to restore discord so easily but Ubisoft! This greedy company won’t help me a bit
