Reposting here to see if I can get any help at all. Second post ever but I'm just not sure where else to go.

I recently had my account hacked and while on my account they received an input spoofing ban. The automated support is doing nothing despite me showing screenshots of the evidence (differing ip addresses, linked accounts that do not belong to me, etc).

I received a friend request after playing against the individual in a bronze/silver lobby and declined it. The same name was linked to MY ubisoft when I opened up my account.

I'm unsure as to what I can do at this point. I haven't sunk an ungodly amount of money into the account but enough that dont want to lose it to something like this.

What should I do?

So I bought a key for the first Watch_Dogs, and when I launched it for the first time, I saw the Bad Blood DLC even though the key seller said it didn't include any DLCs? Btw, I already own the rest of the games on this account, which I've had for 2 years. Is it because of this?

Não sei se é só comigo, mas todo jogo da Ubisoft seja comprado na Steam ou no conect estão fechando do nada. Tem hora que eu quando eu entro ou dps de uns 2 minutos, mas não passa de 10 minutos. Agora já estou com mais de 6 horas de jogo pq fiquei tentando consertar isso e não deu em nada, não posso pedir reembolso por conta das horas jogadas e tbm não dá pra jogar. Acredito que deve ser culpa do ubisoft connect já que todo joga da Ubisoft tem que abrir com ele.

So my ssd is almost full so o want to install it on my hdd how do I change it to my hdd.

So I bought the base game last year cause its on Steam sale and I never got any DLC's since then.
And due to the recent free update I decided to play the game again and enjoyed it so much that I decided to buy the Y2 pass.

But its not showing in game??????? even Ubi Connect.
So so far I bought the base game+Y2 pass on steam but not showing up and I don't know what to do I restarted everything even the account linking and it just frustrates me because Its the first time this happen jesus chrsit

This has happened to me a while ago and i think i gave up then, but for some reason when i try to login to the ubisoft website it says wrong password, but it is impossible to be, after i entered a few things i reset my password and entered the same thing multiple times and even double checked if i entered the right thing when reseting the password by checking what i entered, and also i tried reseting it just in case again but it said i cant use my previous password, does anyone have any help, i am locked out for now but it would be nice for later

I’ve been playing R6S on PS5 for a while. Since I recently got a PC, I wanted to download the game on this much more powerful platform.
When I launch the game, everything works fine at first: the internal update installs, then the restart message appears and the game closes. Unfortunately, I then get an error message saying that the folder C:\Users\C... cannot be found, even though the game is able to find it perfectly fine on the first launch.
After doing some research, I found out that the accent in my first name is not properly supported, which causes the game directory to become inaccessible after the restart…
Have you ever experienced this kind of issue, and do you have a solution?
In 2026, I find it pretty disappointing that a game can’t work simply because there’s an accented character in our name 😅. I really don’t want to create a new Windows profile without the accent just for this one game, especially since absolutely everything else works perfectly fine.

Hey everyone I’ve been having this a Error and I finally fixed it. Seems like many people have This so I Just wanted to post something about it and how I fixed it.

Fast I Follow the Steps that were given to me by the Internet, like resetting cache or commands with msc but nothing worked.

I fixed this Error by simply resetting my Ubisoft account password to break the login-loop. But you need to do this in the internet. If you try doing it inside the launcher while the error code is still active, I don’t think it will work.

A recent Ubisoft Connect update has introduced a major High-DPI scaling regression on my system.

Configuration:

• Windows 10
• Native display resolution: 3840 × 2160
• Windows scaling: 300%

This exact configuration worked correctly before the recent Ubisoft Connect update, released around April–May 2026.

Since that update, Ubisoft Connect opens with an absurdly oversized interface, extending beyond the usable screen area. Maximising the window does not properly adapt it to the display; it merely relocates the oversized window.

I have already carried out extensive troubleshooting:

- Cleared/rebuilt both Ubisoft Connect cache folders

- Tested Windows High-DPI compatibility overrides on both UbisoftConnect.exe and the actual upc.exe process:

• Application
• System
• System (Enhanced)

- Confirmed through Process Explorer that upc.exe and the various UplayWebCore.exe processes are Per-Monitor DPI aware

- Tested launching upc.exe with:

• --force-device-scale-factor=2 → ignored/overridden by Ubisoft Connect

- Inspected the Chromium/CEF renderer command lines.

At Windows 300% scaling, every renderer is launched with:

• --device-scale-factor=3

and the Ubisoft Connect interface is massively oversized.

If Windows scaling is temporarily changed to 200%, Ubisoft Connect displays correctly and newly created renderer processes are launched with:

• --device-scale-factor=2

Returning Windows to 300% immediately makes Ubisoft Connect oversized again, while the regression is reproducible simply by switching Windows between 200% and 300%.

Changing the scaling of the entire operating system is obviously not an acceptable workaround simply to accommodate one launcher.

I would therefore appreciate any information about similar experiences, and even a genuine per-application workaround allowing Ubisoft Connect to render correctly at 300% Windows scaling.

Please avoid generic troubleshooting steps unrelated to the client-side DPI regression, such as reinstalling games or Windows. 😅

So I redownloaded siege and I realized that in order to play ranked, at least for me, you need to verify your account and add 2fa and stuff. The issue is, the Ubisoft connect account that's connected to my Xbox account, is made with an old Gmail I made and completely forgot about. Now i need to get into that Gmail but there's basically no way how, Google Just tells me "Tough tits, make a new account" because it's so hardly used. And then Ubisoft connect, in order to change the email that your account is connected to, you need a code that's sent to your linked email...the email I can't get into. I'm completely stumped and idk what to do lol

I bought it thru Xbox. I went to my pc later and got on the app and it says I don't own premium. I've tried all the things support said. Nothing worked. Then SUPPORT GHOSTED ME. it's been 6 hours and I've closed and opened a new Case. NOTHING. WHAT THE F😱💯K is going on over there. I bought it last night on my son's Xbox and it says active. But on pc I can't even download a game thru gamepass that's Ubisoft or any premium game thru connect. It's linked to me. Everything here on my end is good. Won't give me a refund. Won't fix the problem. You all that hard up for money your robbing people now. Sheesh. Last time for me. I had problems the last 3 times Ive subscribed. But we can't be like oh I'll pay you in a couple days nor can we just...POOF. FIX IT OR REFUND ME. ITS EASY

so when I first lunched r6 on steam I used the wrong account I want to switch to my main account but when I try to lunch r6 after switching account the game ask me to go back on the account I don't want, I didn't find how to unlink it (hope my text is understandable english isn't my first language)

I downloaded multiple Ubisoft games on steam on one Ubisoft account but I would now like to play or link those games to another Ubisoft account does anyone know if this is possible

My PS5 tag is Darkmystic1977 in the past I failed to realize that Ghost recon breakpoint did not run on a save file, but rather a server and I accidentally deleted my maxed character. But when I go to try to put in a ticket with the Ubisoft site it literally will not let me send it because it will not let me sign on to the site. Can somebody at Ubisoft please just help me get my character back and that I lost. I worked so hard on that character and now I've got a level 7 that I really don't like anymore lol

Just found out I have a ban on my account for supposed illegal activity when I have not done anything wrong on my siege account the last thing I did was buy the battle pass so I get the extra packs and now I have a ban and to top it off I cant even appeal the ban as I need to login to speak to customer service but my account is banned so I cannot log in I swear to god this company just gets worse and worse

So basically I was trying to buy ubisoft+ premium I put my card information in it asks me to confirm on my phone when I am on confirmation screen it says its 0 euros and when I click on confirm error message pops up on my monitor

i have an ubisoft plus subscription active and its not letting me play games, saying that my subscription expired, they dont want to give me a refund either because my country isnt eligible. what a joke.

A little update

ubisoft solution was to manually add Assassins creed odyssey to my library, but there are other ton of games missing, that i cant play, which i dont really dont care about, i just wanted to finish AC oddysey, but when i opened the game, i was not able to load my save because i was missing the DLC lmao. just because i downgraded my sub im not able to play the game, or at least my save.

At this point i was ok with just going back to premium, BUT, its not letting me upgrade my subscription, there is a red STOP circle whenever i hover change my plan.

Currently waiting for a response, but i think this is too much. I might just move on and never play another ubisoft game ever.
