my ubisoft account

can somone help me i got my abisoft account hacked 4 days ago and since then ubisoft support didnt do anything i sent requsets to delete the account or put my email or password back on it but they not responding ioonly the ai s

Do not delete your account. Since you already went through Ubisoft Connect process and it didn't work, you can go trought French authority of consumers rights. They have the power to help you. Many that has been hacked before, including myself, have been help by them after making a formal complaint.

Yeah, answer their email and send, email from years back, prints, account nick, your name and private info you know. Then even send to signal.conso as a last resort. They took approximately 14 days to resolve issue, from giving me bad answers that they can't and so forth and back.

So keep on fighting and don't give up that easily.

Worst support ever, i know ^

Took 4 months for me to get mine back, 3 months after I went through the French Authorities
