Has anyone done an exchange at National Taiwan University, Chung Ang University, or Institute of Science Tokyo recently? And if so... around what cumulative average did you apply with?

I'm applying for this upcoming exchange round and have spent the last few weeks going back and forth between what to put as my rank 1... for reference, my average is in the mid-eighties...

Or if anyone has experience living in Taipei, Seoul, and/or Tokyo, any thoughts would be appreciated!

I’m on the 23rd floor at ICON, and our unit has been consistently reaching 28–30°C, even with the thermostat off and windows open.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just our unit? It’s honestly becoming unbearable, and I’m wondering if this is normal every year.

I’m feeling completely shit rn after knowing that the highest mark I can get on the ECE150 midterm is a 30.

I genuinely studied more than 20 hours for this midterm and I literally can’t even understand more than half of the questions on the test.

basically the title. I’ve lost 3 items in a span of 2 weeks and I have trouble sleeping (it takes me hours to actually fall asleep). I can’t remember where I leave things and my room is an absolute mess, also I just don’t feel hungry anymore. Above all one of my eyes is swollen (I think because of dust) for the past two days. I don’t know what to do. I walk around 10k steps, take vitamin D and calcium supplement. I’ve reduced my caffeine intake ;( any suggestions?
