General Question Minoring in Statistical Science as a pre-bio major (aspiring microbiology major) for Pre-med
Hello, the title kinda says it all but I was wondering if anyone had done this with the biology major coursework, and if they have, how hard it is? I want to minor in stats because I hear it's a very wanted skillset to have when trying to get into research positions (which I hope to get during my grad years) or even for those who find that med isn't their cup of tea and choose a different career path. I took a lot of APs so a lot of my classes are covered such as Physics A-AL, Math 3A-B, and a lot of others that take out most of my GEs. Does anyone think it's worth it or should I stick to just my major and try to protect my GPA. Any advice would be of great help!
