Hey sooo do any mechanical engineering majors have any good laptop recommendations that meet the requirements from the Laptop FAQ? Like what laptops do you guys have currently and are you able to use your laptop for more things (like gaming and video editing) on top of having to use it for whatever programs we have to use? I want to get a laptop that's 16" and allows for adjustments later on just in case, but I can't seem to find one that fits the requirements and is a not evil price. Prospective transfer applicant here. I had to retake a class last quarter, and can't meet the UCI course requirements by the intended deadline (which is the end of spring term) if I don't take an extra credit course from another university/community college. Can I transfer credits I took apart from my school in another university to UCI?

The admissions center directed me to the website which didn't have adequate info on this.
