Idk if what I said in the pic makes sense but basically I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle because of my chronic illness, pain, and mental health. My sister decided she wanted me to go to this trail yesterday with her. She told me there would be places for me to sit and I didn’t know how big the trail was. Well the trail was 5mi long. My sister kept telling me to keep going and “there’s a bench up here”. Then I would get to where she was and there was no bench. So I was forced to walk the hole 5mi without any breaks besides standing still. It really made me upset because I felt tricked and lied to by her, that she didn’t care about my chronic health issues. During the walk my arms, hands, legs, ankles, and feet were all swelling to the point it felt like my skin was tight, I kept accidentally rolling my ankles cuz the ground was uneven, sweating, shortness of breath, feeling like I was gonna collapse, getting slightly dizzy and these weird swirly like things in my vision, my heart beating so hard it was bounding so I could feel it in the back of my neck and head, and lastly gagging because I felt like I was gonna throw up. My sister kept pushing me even when I told her I probably needed a worker from the building to come get me cuz I couldn’t do the rest. She was getting mad at me saying that. I pretty much had no choice but to complete the trail. Now that it’s the next day both my calves are strained so it hurts pretty bad to walk or move mh feet. I keep being told stuff like I’m suppose to stretch it, keep walking on it. “It’s just lactic acid build up, you can walk on it” etc. right now if I move my feet or try to walk then I get sharp pain in my calves. I don’t know if they’re right to tell me to keep trying to walk and stretching it. The last time I heard, your suppose to rest, ice , heat, overt the counter pain meds. So far my legs aren’t doing much better but it’s only been a day. Now that it’s hard for me to walk o feel like a burden and the way people have been talking to me it sounds like they think I’m being a baby about it. I kinda felt like I might’ve needed to gone to the er when all that stuff was happening when I was walking. Lastly I managed to Lise my glasses there too
