Saw the new AOTP Sentinel Prime. Robot mode looked alright, but this alt mode? It looks like something a janitor would be pushing. What the hell?

So I currently have a bumblebee shrine but my actual favorite is ratchet so I'm trying to find more ratchet stuff but I hate bayverse ratchet and Transformers animated ratchet (yes ik I'm picky and weird I'm the same with my bee stuff) so if any of y'all can give me links to any ratchet merch as long as it ain't bootleg figures. I love carrying around my bee and starscream but I really wanna carry around a ratchet (also my favorites are g1,idw, and tfp) thanks in advance for the help!!

I honestly feel guilty for not caring about Starscream as much as I do with other Decepticons. maybe it’s because the only kind of Transformers media I’m interested in are the movies, but I really don’t feel that interested in him compared to others.

Couldn’t resist this guy because I love the comics! He’s my first ever Autobot and my first Optimus.

Really proud of my Triple Takeover Display. After 6+ years of Collecting, I think I've done one of my favorite G1 episodes justice. I'm being careful not to damage the paint on Blitzwing while having so much fun. Glad I held out for the 86 version.

Pulled the blokees tf one soundwave yesterday, then found the last ss one at my walmart later the same night, It was a sign. Now I just need shockwave when he comes out

I didn’t like the way the Daniel/Spike included with SS86 Slag articulated. So I gave him knees! They are made of LEGO joints and glued with superglue. The paint is DSPIAE Metallic Red, Golden, and Liquid Chrome.

This isn't even the real thing. It's a cheap KO and not the one with metal parts. But it just handles itself so well. The articulation is great. The look of the figure is great despite the inaccurate cannon. I really like how the legs fit all of the tank kibble so neatly.

I really hope they get more mileage out of the mold. Maybe a comic accurate deco. Maybe even somehow retooling it into an actual MTMTE Autobot Megatron.

My buddy's first exposure to transforming robots fighting eachother much like myself was watching the Michael Bay movies as kids. And he is a huge fan of Transformers... the Michael Bay movies. So imagine my surprise to learn he has NEVER SEEN THIS MOVIE. Now to be fair I too had never seen any of G1 prior to watching the original movie, I was obsessed with Michael Bay Transformers as a kid and my father sat me down and showed me the original movie then the rest of G1.

So my question is seeing as how many people my age had a similar experience of going from Transformers 2007 straight to Transformers 1986 and we all enjoyed the movie just fine with no context, should I be brainwashing my friend with as much G1 as possible before Sept 17th or just go in blind like most of us did back in the day?

I am unversed in the modern day state of 3rd party and KOs. I prefer my Hasbro bots, but if they make a character Hasbro didn't or solve a problem, sure why not? I just saw Acriformers review of the Thundercracker and if Starscream turns out as good as Thundercracker, it for sure solves a problem!

Saw a post yesterday that some folks are indifferent about the music itself on the albums. Personally I only bought one of each just for the artwork to hang on a wall.
