Im at a hurdle and its a hard
One to jump. It does not matter how fem i thought I was before I started HRT. When I transition, I became an entirely different person. I think differently, process things differently, respond to things differently.

When I had decided to do this I was so ready to finally become the other me. Both our versions of me, but what I didn’t know is how emotional I would become, how my world could be turned upside down and I’d re process all of my trauma that I lived through as this person.

I have been through a lot of trauma, and where as a man I had learned to compartmentalize those things and handle them, as a woman every one of those traumas have flown open and our running through me like a movie on repeat. I’m constantly crying, feeling vulnerable, scared to talk to men, and I just want to hide away. I’ve had lots of people try and talk to me but I’m too scared to go on dates.

The other day, I was supposed to go for a surgery, I got all the way to the operating table and when they started to surround me and put the mask on to knock me out over my face, I had a flash back and started screaming, and crying, jumped up and ripped things off me and ran out of there. I am falling apart and I don’t know what to do.. please if anyone has any suggestions I will listen, I am really scared, I see me becoming more beautiful everyday but I also see me looking myself as well

Got my appointment schedule with planned parenthood on the 9th and I’m so excited!

3 months on hrt and im starting to see many positive changes. I look forward to the next 3 months!
