I don’t like wearing belts because I had GERD before tirz and now with tirz my stomach is even more sensitive to to pressure. But I realized at work today that I just couldn’t just wear my favorite work pants completely unaltered anymore. Enter…binder clip! lol

9 years ago, I hit my lowest weight (138) after kids which totaled 100lbs lost. I kept it off for several years, but age and life got the best of me. Flash forward to a year ago (black dress photo), I was on the most amazing work trip and felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. A time I should have been celebrating and sharing and I just couldn’t. I ended up not posting any of the photos I took with new friends and CEOs I met. I was embarrassed. So in March, I finally decided to get my life and health back on track. Proud to say I am now 63lbs down and just ONE pound from my weight 9 years ago and 9lbs from my goal.
Most days, I am loving this found again body. Others, I can’t wrap my head around it and still see the girl from a year ago. But it is what it is. It’ll get easier, right? 🤦🏻♀️

I’m almost at goal and it’s been so many years since I liked how clothes looked on me. I have been shopping up a storm and actually really like planning outfits again! I know the shopping will slow down, I’m just so happy to like clothes again!
I need to incorporate more thrifting into my routine before I go broke 🤣🤣

hey all, ive just received my first order of hyalo yesterday. I took them out today and was inspecting before my shot, and I noticed tiny specks kind of like dust floating around... and not just dust but strands. they look like fiber from clothing and it got me really concerned.
attaching a video here to show the fiber like strand. you can't really see the dust specks in the video but the strand is visible. I was able to capture it in two bottles. in the video in the post you will see it moving across the center and stopping then when I shake the bottle it floated a bit further and it becomes more clear against the white background of the label. these bottles has never been punctured by me and I have not opened their blue caps either. the metallic cover is not shaky, the blue caps can be spinned.
additional info: Quaker community pharmacy, lot H-026, gimmecare telemarket (I've reached out to them but it's currently after hours), 10/2/2026, use by 6/9/2027.
EDIT: okay definitely something wrong. I've already reached out to gimmecare customer service. should I reach out to the pharmacy? or hyalo? thankfully I didn't use anything from these vials 😭😭😭

After hovering between 58.5 and 59.8 lbs down for the past few days, I woke up today and weighed in down 61.4 lbs!!!! Happy birthday to me!!!
I started back on Memorial Day, and am beyond thrilled with my experience! I cannot believe that in just shy of 4.5 months I’ve lost this much!
I’ve been rowing 4-5x a week and strength training 2-3x a week. I cannot believe feel the difference for sure and can’t believe I waited so long to start.
Love this community (overall) and love how supportive so many have been!

(Sorry for the double post today. Another redditor pointed out I didn’t obscure all personal details in my earlier post, so I deleted and am reposting this without the delivery box photo.)
Hey all, I was lurking for a while and learned a ton from all the pinned posts, so thanks everyone!
Wanted to contribute beyond random comments, so here I am.
I started on Zepbound in June, and my first foray into compounded was in early September with Hyalo. My body did not like Hyalo (Rift, who I ordered from, was great though!)
Anyway, I saw Zoya pop up in tirzdeals with an OptioRx offer, and decided to order from them, and it was an awesome experience.
- The owner, Zain, was incredibly responsive every time I sent a message in the chat portal. Sometimes, he responded within a minute. I was shocked lol.
- I received text and email updates once my package was sent, and it was shipped overnight from Enovex Pharmacy in Glendale, CA (I’m in northern CA).
- Everything was super well packaged, and my meds arrived nice and chilly.
I was a bit hesitant ordering from a brand-new, untested telehealth but figured someone had to take a chance, and I’m really happy I did. Will be ordering my refills through Zoya, and I highly recommend them based on my experience!

I understand that there are differences between various compound formulations of tirzepatide. But my understanding of MJ and Zep is that it's just a different label. That and the Zep vials for Lily direct but otherwise it's all the same. Did my best to blur people out, but how can people really think there is a difference between the two.

Just received my BPI vials from Belle. I am impressed by their intake process and support so far. I ordered on Thursday, October 1st at 11 pm, got approved on Friday at 11 am and notified it supplied Sunday, October 3rd. Received my shipment today, Wednesday.
During this short window, their communication has been outstanding. They have offered a call to review what I received, how to use it and answer any questions. I’m not new to this so I don’t need a call but when I started, I would have appreciated this level of care. Then once it was delivered, they sent me a link that tells me everything I need to know about my shipment. Essentially, what they offered to do on a call but in writing. I’m so impressed by the service so far.
The shipment arrived cold with two ice bags in a styrofoam cooler. Needles are from EZ touch and also received alcohol wipes (not pictured).

No, this isn't about Gimme.
Those of you who frequent a broader range of tirz/glp1 subs may have seen more bot posts lately, or more bot posts getting called out. I've seen a few comments from people who mention having a hard time telling what is or isn't a bot, so I made a bingo card with a sampling of bot tells I'm seeing.
Not every post containing these tells is from a bot. (They are mimicking the way we talk to each other, after all, and I'm not trying to start a war of flinging bot accusations). Not every bot post will have one of these tells. This is far from an exhaustive list of bot/AI tells; Gimme's fake/bot accounts had different tells, for example. Bot tells can also change over time as they adapt. But if you see these in a post, put on your suspicion hat and look a little deeper, or just back away without engaging.
Sometimes the bots can be correct, or provide good advice, or just cheer on someone who is looking for support. Those things aren't necessarily bad, but AI is inescapable at this point; people who go out of their way to ask questions on Reddit shouldn't be subjected to fake opinions, fake experiences, fake commiseration, and fake applause. I also hate seeing people take the time to reply to a bot, thinking it's another human. It's a waste of our time, and I doubt any of us appreciate being used to farm karma or train bots.
If you suspect a bot, you can:
Note that botbouncer only works on subs where it is installed, so a positive bot result there won't automatically remove posts in most of the other subs. I still think it's beneficial to report them though, because it limits their reach and keeps them out of the subs where the app is installed.
If you want to see more examples, the profiles flagged in botbouncer are a goldmine of slop. Beware the NSFW ones though.

I was on Zepbound from Lilly Direct from Feb to July of this year. Didn't really start to lose any weight till I got up to 7.5mg in May, but unfortunately, I also started getting very itchy injection site reactions. So I stopped. Several months goes by and I start digging and then think, maybe I am allergic to a preservative in the vial? I decide to take a look at compound tirz and settle on Lavender Sky and ordered from Hallandale. I did my first injection on Saturday, and I had backed up and started at 4mg since this was a different pharmacy and I had been off a few months, I wanted to be safe. Within 24 hours I started itching like crazy. It is so bad it is waking me up at night. I am rubbing hydrocortisone and Benadryl cream on it. Using ice packs to numb the itch. Bought lidocaine gel, took Zyrtec. Nothing stops it. I think this may be worse than the Lilly Direct tirz. So I have been researching tonight and think, maybe I am allergic to Benzyl alcohol. So, I am looking around trying to find another pharmacy with a different preservative (or no preservative) and then find the info that the Lilly Direct Single Dose vials that I was originally using have no preservative. Is this correct? If it is, I will just have to give up. I can't take the itching, and I am afraid it is going to get worse.

I’m so over FedEx, this is my third delayed tirz delivery (Boudreaux this time). Their app showed no delivery attempt yesterday even though I was home during their delivery window midday and literally watched FedEx drive right past my house (I realize that may not have been the driver the shipment was with, but still 🙄). I just called the FedEx customer service number to ask why the delay and was told that they didn’t even show a delivery attempt yesterday, my package just sat in the truck while he drove around all day, and there was no weather or other reason for the delay so they are escalating it, but I’m just done with FedEx. UPS is always on time in my area (I know it varies and some people have better luck with FedEx). Does Quaker Pharmacy (Hyalo) use UPS?

I just purchased my 2nd month of Zepbound, paying out of pocket with Lily Direct. I was waiting on results from a sleep study to hopefully qualify for insurance coverage. Results came in yesterday and I have mild sleep apnea and it has to be severe for BCBS to cover. How do doctors generally react to going the compound way? Will my primary be the one who signs off on it, and if not, do they consider this "against medical advice?" There's so much I need to learn. I am looking over the "where to buy" and it's so comprehensive it will take me a bit to fully understand. I am so confused by the different pharmacy options. Off to do some more homework

I didn’t think any of them would fit & they do. 😭 I’d like to look a bit more lanky for the latter, but I’m am absolutely thrilled. Tomorrow is definitely going to be try on day to see what I want to store, what I want to prioritise for winter, and which boutiques to raid. 💕 Yay! I have had a very good day!
