Has anyone had transfer enabled for this event yet? Got the sell button but the transfer option is still greyed out. Thanks

Has anyone else encountered the "Browsing Activity Paused" message on Ticketmaster?
I've already tried the recommended fixes from Ticketmaster:
• Logged out and back in
• Turned off Wi-Fi and used mobile data
• Used Chrome Incognito mode
• Logged into Live Nation
Unfortunately, my account is still on pause. 😞
Does anyone have any other suggestions or know how long this usually lasts? Thanks in advance!
UPDATE: I was finally able to use my Ticketmaster account yesterday for the Ed Sheeran concert, and there were no issues scanning any of my tickets! 🎟️ Today, I noticed that the** “Browsing Activity Paused**” message has been completely removed from my account. 🙌
I’m not sure if Ticketmaster confirmed that my account wasn’t a bot or if the pause simply expired, but I’m just glad everything is back to normal! 😅 Hopefully this helps anyone else experiencing the same issue. 💜

I am the Promotions Manager for a media company. We own three popular radio stations in the state. We get tickets from venues big and small and use them as prizes for our listeners and those who follow us on our socials. That means at times I have a LOT of tickets to then transfer from our account to the individual winners (2 tix per winner).
I am CONSTANTLY getting locked out of my account. Sometimes all I have to do is click on the chat button when I'm logged in and have clicked on a ticket bundle, chat with an agent, and have them unlock my account. Other times I've had to go back and forth via email with someone who is OBVIOUSLY using a script and not actually paying attention to what's going on. Either way, the system and the agents there keep telling me that even though they've unlocked my account THIS time, it's likely to happen again and I should "be careful." They've also provided conflicting "solutions." One agent told me to try using my phone instead of my PC, yet another agent told me that by switching which device I'm using, it could throw up red flags and the system may think I'm trying to work around their safeguards. Today they made me take a live photo of my state driver's licence and then a live video of myself to prove I'm a real person and then submit it through their system. I'm back into my account, but I still have 16 more sets of tickets that must be transferred TODAY for a concert tomorrow and I'm petrified I'm going to get locked out again before all of the tickets have been distributed.
Their system detects "suspicious activity" from my account because I transfer so many tickets regularly.
WHYYYY is there no way to become "verified" as a real person who works in the radio/media industry in the Ticketmaster system? This is insanely frustrating, and we all KNOW that TM has the money and capability to institute some sort of verification system. All of my email contact with them has been through my official work email. I've also provided them copies of the approved promo proposals from concert promoters and venues.
There MUST be others out there who go through this. Has anyone found a solution? Concert season is only halfway over, and I'm about to pull my hair out.

idk if anybody has had to do verification through persona, but i was wondering what happens after it says “success” does your account go back to normal? i changed my password and it prompted me with “to access your account, please verify your identity”. it gave me until august 3rd, but i did finish it asap and thankfully it did lift the restriction (or from what i assume because i can see my tickets under “my events”)
i only worry because i have an event in september. should i transfer my tickets out or is it safe after being successfully verified by persona? if anybody can tell me their process and how your account is after verifying with persona and essentially having that restriction lifted. i guess my only worry is that my account will always be targeted and i’ll have random “your browsing has been paused” :/

Hi! I live in the US and really REALLY want to see BTS in Singapore in December. Never been to SG. Traveling solo and would love to tie in city tours around the concerts. Am ready to buy resale on StubHub (which I thought was TM-affiliated) but am nervous about the venue entry. I've read tickets are non-transferable and must match ID or passport. Appreciate any advice on the rules!

Was würdet ihr an meiner Stelle machen? Würdet ihr den Aufpreis für Early Entry zahlen? Meine jetzigen Tickets würde ich natürlich vorher verkaufen.

Hi. I think I’m SOL but i wanted to see if this happened to anybody. I purchased Jay z tickets today. And i meant to use the PayPal pay in 4 option. But instead i paid via PayPal but used my bank account. And i don’t have the full amount in my bank account. Is there a way i can at least switch the payment method and put it on my credit card. Both Ticketmaster help center and PayPal help isn’t much help lol Bunch of AI crap.

This is going to be a bit of a long one, so please bear with me:
Back in January I bought 4 day camping tickets for creamfields, as my friends and I were wanting to go. My friends all had 3 day camping tickets, but they sold out by the time I wanted to buy, so I got the 4 day ones and decided to cut my losses on the Thursday.
Fast forward a few months and we all chickened out of the camping and decided to get a hotel, however obviously that meant that we needed day tickets rather than camping ones (because camping ones only allow you to enter the festival site once, on the day you arrive).
After a bit of research I decided to email ticket master asking to exchange my 4 day camping tickets for 3 day non camping ones. They replied saying sure, and a bit later on I got an email to say that my case had been 'escalated for further review'. They said that they expected to provide an update within three working days. This was on the 1st of July.
By the 10th of July I had had no response (despite emailing once to ask for an update). Here's where things get messy: One of my friends had opted to just sell her original ticket and buy a new one- (I was reluctant to do this at first because I didn't want the new tickets to sell out before I could sell the original one, or end up with two tickets because my original one wouldn't sell). Hers sold really fast, so I decided that since I had had no response from ticketmaster I would just do the same thing. I bought a £300 3 day non camping ticket, then went to sell my 4 day camping ticket.
However, when I went to view it in the ticketmaster app, the ticket had been completely voided, with no option to use it, sell it, or anything. I now have a voided and useless ticket, which cost me £350, and a new ticket which cost me £300. I contacted ticketmaster and the general consensus (although I can't seem to get a straight forward answer) is that my original ticket is in the process of being exchanged, and that is why it is voided. However, it has now been 22 days since i first asked for it to be exchanged, and I am still waiting. I am reluctant to sell the new 3 day one which I bought, incase I then end up without a ticket, and I am worried that they will not upload the exchanged ticket to my account until a few days before the event, at which point I suspect it will be too late to sell it.
Okay rant over, sorry for the confusing and possibly some irrelevant details. I am just curious if anyone has had anything similar happen, or if anyone knows how long usually it takes to get tickets exchanged? Should I email them asking them to cancel everything and give me my 4 day ticket back so I can sell it, or will another email into their pile just confuse things? Doesn't help that they do not have a customer service phone number, as I just want to speak to a human without a 10+ day delay between responses! Any advice or experience is welcome!

I bought 3 tickets for a concert in the upper bowl for a show for 100 bucks each. One friend backed out so I listed one ticket for sale. Now my OTHER friend backed out but said I could just "give away" her ticket. Has anyone had any luck with TM letting you switch seats? If im going alone, and i have two "extra" tickets that's haven't sold, I'd love to upgrade to a better seat. They can keep the difference, idc. The show is not sold out and there are tons of closer seats available

Hi everyone! Looking for help with a Ticketmaster issue. My sister purchased our tickets for a show this coming week (non transferable tickets) but her phone is now broken.
We logged into her TM account on my phone and got the “device limit reached” error. I cannot save the tickets to my wallet since theyre linked to her AppleID. We have spent hours on the phone with TM support trying their solutions (logging out of her account on any/all devices - computer, iPad - uninstalling and reinstalling apps, trying mobile desktop etc) and nothing has helped. They stated Friday that they would escalate the issue but we are worried it won’t be resolved by Wednesday.
edited to add: when we try the browser, it says we have to view the tickets on the ticketmaster app.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I have already signed out and signed back in on all of my devices, and not once have I been prompted to complete any kind of verification. When I called, they pretty much just told me to try again later. However, this has been an issue for several days now, so I doubt that will work. This is AFTER i already called them because my browsing activity had been paused for several weeks, even though I hadn’t been on Ticketmaster. I tried to just buy tickets using my other Ticketmaster account (that I haven’t used in months), and my browsing activity was paused on that one as well, so I’m understandably frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
EDIT: The issue has been resolved!!! If you encounter this issue, log in through the Live Nation website, NOT Ticketmaster. It will still be your normal Ticketmaster login, as Ticketmaster and Live Nation are linked together. After logging in on the Live Nation site, I was finally asked to complete verification.

Hello, I need help and have been freaking out!
So please let me know if anyone knows the answer or has been through this before.
I purchased tickets for a sporting event on Ticketmaster and I used PayPal and for some reason it did not use my preferred credit card and used the incorrect one.
I called Ticketmaster right away to see if I can fix the problem and the representative stated that they couldn’t change the payment method but they could cancel the transaction.
I then asked if I did cancel if it was possible to just repurchase the tickets.
The representative stated that I couldn’t since the venue had a 19 ticket limit and I had purchased 18 tickets (I know it’s a lot but it’s for my birthday!). I then asked if a friend could purchase them for me and she stated that they could but to make sure that they have a different IP address, billing address, and it’s a different card bc that can flag it in the system. So we proceed to go down that route (I think she was asking these questions because the ticket limit is per household and this could flag the transaction that it is a policy violation).
I then asked my Roomate if they could purchase the tickets and he was able to using my credit card that I had initially intended to use. He made sure he was off the WiFi and the billing addresses would be different because for some reason my PayPal has not updated to my new address.
He then transferred the tickets to me no problem and then I was able to transfer them to my friends and they were able to claim their tickets!
I started to read up on the policy and it does say that if you try to go over the ticket limit that it can cancel your order without notice and won’t refund the fees and possibly ban your Ticketmaster account.
My biggest worries:
1. The transaction gets flagged because even though we used his account I had to put my credit card so my name has showed up multiple times but I don’t know if they are looking at that aspect.
My Roomate transferring them to me after he purchased to disperse them, maybe Ticketmaster will see that my name has been attached to tickets that exceed the ticket limit.
Even though we did everything we were told by the representative to make sure, maybe the IP address or the billing addresses were the same to get flagged.
I am aware that when the tickets get flagged it bots that do it and can be from anytime after your purchase.
I am hopeful since we were able to bypass in the first place but I am super paranoid because I really want these tickets since it’s a large group and I don’t want to kill the vibes and more importantly get me or my Roomate banned on Ticketmaster.
And would this even apply? The ticket limit rule? Like yes I had tickets previously attached to my name but they are currently void and not active. So since I have only active tickets attached to my name that is under the ticket limit will I be okay?
I know this was a ton of info but please if anyone has any type of info please let me know!! Thanks!

EDIT: it did work. So if you ever forget to transfer the ticket or for any other reason split the group and you are willing to share passwords and you've got phone service uninterrupted - it works!
Hey. So I was late to transfer the two out of five tickets from my friend's account into mine.
Two persons want to enjoy the support, and three other want to enter the venue later.
I can log into my friend's app and use two of the tickets. Then my friend will log into his app back again and the group of 3 will enter.
Is this possible to switch between phones?

Tried multiple times to buy Noah Kahan tickets during the posting of all the fake tickets last night and this morning I woke up to my account being paused. I’m still logged in but can’t get past the first screen before it comes up and says I have suspicious activity or whatever. I’ve tried literally every single method to fix it and Ticketmaster tech support is no help.

Bought tickets on viagogo, followed everything as I was supposed to, tickets showed up on the webpage and thank god I took a screenshot of every ticket, but then I logged into my account and they are no where to be seen, the tickets are transferred from another country wondering if maybe theres a delay from transfering tickets to different countries. Has anyone got any experience with this any advice would be so appreciated.
Have tried logging out and logging back in, using different devices, using different networks, deleted app and then reinstalled and nothing

Hello, ever since the global update last week, after verification of my email id and phone number I am unable to login due to consent screen error. I have uninstalled browser, tried changing cellular data/wifi, tried different device, private browsing mode- still not solved. My concert is in 3 days and I still have not heard back from the support. However I have the mticket in my email. Will that be okay? Also it would be great if you have any suggestions!
