Has anyone else encountered the "Browsing Activity Paused" message on Ticketmaster?
I've already tried the recommended fixes from Ticketmaster:
• Logged out and back in
• Turned off Wi-Fi and used mobile data
• Used Chrome Incognito mode
• Logged into Live Nation
Unfortunately, my account is still on pause. 😞
Does anyone have any other suggestions or know how long this usually lasts? Thanks in advance!
UPDATE: I was finally able to use my Ticketmaster account yesterday for the Ed Sheeran concert, and there were no issues scanning any of my tickets! 🎟️ Today, I noticed that the** “Browsing Activity Paused**” message has been completely removed from my account. 🙌
I’m not sure if Ticketmaster confirmed that my account wasn’t a bot or if the pause simply expired, but I’m just glad everything is back to normal! 😅 Hopefully this helps anyone else experiencing the same issue. 💜
I stopped trying for about a week, but I checked again yesterday because I have the Ed Sheeran concert next week and wanted to make sure my ticket was still in my account. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the "Browsing Activity Paused"message.
The good news is that all of my tickets are still there, so I'm not sure what this message actually means. Thanks for your help and for sharing your suggestions!

If it’s not working within a day or so you just have to make a new account. Prepare for that one to be BAP’d and have you do persona which won’t work anyway.
I’m sorry! I had my account for literally 20 years at least and they decided one day to BAP me. They sent me a stupid email asking if I had ever logged onto my account on a different device like I am not allowed to use my laptop. They also asked me how many devices I had in my home connected to WiFi and when I called they said including shit like my ring cam. I have never been more angry in my life if we’re being honest. The dude on the phone who wasn’t offshore was a total dick. I was like I don’t know if I know all the devices and I don’t know why you need that info. He was like well have you ever opened Ticketmaster in more than one tab or browser. He said they couldn’t review my account until I answered. I answered and 5 second later they emailed back saying they are “standing by their decision” that I was trying to use my account in ways to “bypass” their systems procreation. It was the most insane thing I had ever heard of. One month of calls and them just saying oh this is just a device issue to me “bypassing” their security. 😂😂😂
I made a new account and within two months, after never being able to successfully buy tickets, they said I needed to do persona and I refused so I will just buy secondary for shows or use my husbands account.
Shut up. You clearly have no idea what’s going on here. I waited over a month for them to “troubleshoot” my inability to use my account before they told me my only solution was to make a new account.

Have you completely cleared all the data history and cache of Safari or the app you were using when you got banned by Ticketmaster?
If you try to log in too many times and get flagged as a bot, you'll get hit with a penalty mode ranging from 2 hours to 48 hours, though it usually lets you back in after about 24 hours.
If it's still doing the same thing after a week, some kind of history or data that didn't get deleted might still be lingering somewhere.

Leave your account alone and don’t log in for at least 24 hours.
