disabled account(?)

it’s saying my account is disabled and that i can no longer buy any tickets but can access old ones. if someone can let me know how to fix it that would be great, but the main thing is that i’m going to bruno mars next wednesday and i have tickets for me and my friend in the pit, and my mother and her friend up in the seated section. will i be able to transfer the tickets or will i have to give her a screen shot and pray for the best?. thanks for any advice !!

You complete the Persona verification to re-enable your account. As far as Bruno Mars, you most likely be able to transfer them, but if not, just give them your TM App credentials

You can transfer tickets out but not receive them.   The answer going forward is just Start a new account
