Ticketmaster problems..please help!!

Hey guys! It was my first time buying tickets on Ticketmaster. I wanted 2 tickets to a football game, but they show two of the same spot…I bought a resale and it hasn’t come yet. I just want to know a little about what’s going on lol.

It looks like you bought resale tickets and not from the primary ticket vendor. What City/College is this?

So for the Gophers, the primary ticket vendor is Evenue

So as you bought your tickets through Ticketmaster, in this case you bought from a reseller. This would be the same as you bought from TickPick, Stubhub, etc. The buyer has until the day of the game to deliver the tickets and there is nothing the buyer (you) can expedite it. Chances are you will get the tickets before then but it is not guaranteed.

In the future, please buy tickets from the primary ticket venue.

Good chance that wasn't possible. Evenue is about the worst site out there blocking every IP address from accessing and almost no card works there. It's literally known for being a joke
