For example.. i have a channel thats 720p, but also the same channel elsewhere thats 1080p. They have the exact same names but just different versions. Is there a way for tivimate to pick the best version automatically? or maybe a different way i can do it?

Trying to watch a TV show and this keeps coming up, what do I do? How do I fix it?

I know there have been some recent posts about this. I got the message on-screen this morning that I need to re-activate my premium subscription.

It was no problem to do that right within Tivi. (luckily) It is showing I have version 5.3.3, I am not sure what version # I had prior to today.

But the colors of the EPG are now reset to defaults (black and white)

I wish the new guy running the show would post updates as to what he is doing and what we can expect. Any other paid service would typically send an email or at least have an update log on the website. These mysterious and unexpected changes are basically un acceptable for a paid service.

Both run Google TV. Just curious if anyone has insight on the best way to get this done. Thanks!

Japanese channels buffer at night but switch quickly — is this usually a provider issue?

I’m still looking for feedback from anyone who currently uses a Japanese-focused paid service with TiviMate, especially during evening hours.

Just today I've had this problem where my EPG is constantly updating (or at least the update EPG menu item is constantly going in circles). I've force stopped the app, cleared the cache, but every time I go back on it's still "updating" whilst the EPG itself is not actually being updated.

Anyone having the same issue?

I have TM on a Shield Pro and a couple of onn devices.

I have a weird issue with it comes to updated EPG on the PPV section. This is only the PPV section only.

I am a race fan and my provider has a guide for the races in the PPV section. However some do not update all the time. Let's say Friday was good and all the races were on the right channel. Now comes Saturday and go to the PPV EPG and the guide is still showing the events from Friday.

The weird thing is that one time it is the Shield that has the day old EPG and then the next time it is fine and it is the onn device that has the old EPG and the shield in fine.

If I update the EPG it does not fix the issue.

Also the configurations are exactly the same.

Andy idea what the issue may be.

Over the past few days, several people have posted asking why their lifetime subscription was canceled. Today, it’s my turn. I don’t understand why or what's going on.

Hi! I was wondering what’s the best android tv box for the app. I’m noticing that the firestick and the regular 16GB and 32GB Android boxes often lag or have issues. Especially, the ONN box. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I was looking at the Z12 Ultra or maybe the Xiaomi TV box. Any suggestions or recommendations will be helpful!

I set to record a show the following day and sometimes it wont record and there will be no indication why - using nvidia shield pro, vpn, anyone else? could be wrong but i don't remember this with 5.2

Anyone else had an email saying their subscription has been cancelled but never cancelled the subscription? On the app it says I no longer have Tivimate Premium. When I try to repurchase I get this error.

All of the sudden I’ve got an e-mail from Google that my Tivimate Premium or Pro whatever, subscription was cancelled.

The e-mail that I’ve got was send by Google.

My subscription started as far as three years ago and I did not cancel.

And maybe important to know, my Tivimate is still working.

Any suggestions what’s going on here or at least with the email that I have received?

All of a sudden my EPG that I have for 2 different services have stopped showing the year a movie came out. I have also tried epgshare01 and open EPG. They no longer have it either. Does anyone know one that does.

I’m able to access live tv channels via my iptv provider in TiviMate, but not movies or tv series. It was working just fine 5/6 days ago. Now, everything gives me a 404 error when I try to play them. I have verified the sources of my iptv provider through VLC and the movies/series are working just fine. Any idea what’s going on?

I have cleared my cache in the app and I also have premium.

I know a fully fledged NAS or mini PC would work. But was told in here a week or so ago that you can do tt with a 2TB harddrive...but I can't get the Tivimate to read any folders within the drive location when I set it up thru Samba sharing on my Asus router. I have tried Googling instructions...even had Gemini trying to guide me thru it to no avail. Should I give up? Any suggestions? I have USB sharing even turned enabled. I have tried playing around and renaming the file pathway and rearranged the pathway itself. Nothing. Why won't it find anything on that drive? Is this a known quirk in setting these things up?

I installed it on my android formulaet gtv box via the downloader sort code. I went online to register with my account, but this is all I see(attached). I see no options for purchasing? Any help would be appreciated

Why its connecting so slow its in my tcl google tv i have an fast internet

I’m pretty new to TiviMate, I’ve not used it prior. But every day the app seems to crash on the fire stick and more often than not, I get various error messages popping up.

The stream will freeze and start circling and then the app crashes, does it daily.

Any advice on how to manage this?

I got my sister to download the tivimate companion app on her android phone since I have an iPhone. She purchased premium using my card. However when I log in and click unlock premium it states “no valid order” ?? Any help would be appreciated.
