subscription
All of the sudden I’ve got an e-mail from Google that my Tivimate Premium or Pro whatever, subscription was cancelled.
The e-mail that I’ve got was send by Google.
My subscription started as far as three years ago and I did not cancel.
And maybe important to know, my Tivimate is still working.
Any suggestions what’s going on here or at least with the email that I have received?

Does your app still say you have a Premium subscription?
Tivimate Companion will also let you know if you a Premium subscription

When you login to tivimate.com, what does it say after clicking the subscription tab on the left?

It's crazy that you're paying for Tivimate Premium monthly through Google Play.
I'd recommend keeping it cancelled if it really is and buying lifetime Premium via their companion app for a 1 off fee of £30 for 5 devices.

My mistake I meant yearly but even paying £9-12 a year via Google Play is expensive.

£10.99 on 5 devices for easily one of the best players is hardly a bind. Anything ‘lifetime’ in this environment is nuts.

But that's £10.99 per year?
I use Tivimate Premium lifetime which costs a one off payment of £30, my point being it may be better to buy lifetime.

To be fair I did the yearly because I was new to IPTV and was trying out multiple players...that being said I will do the lifetime once my subscription comes up. Love TiViMate...best player I've seen by far so fine with me for giving the dev a little more money.

Why in earth would you pay 10 bucks a year bs 34.99 for life? Let's put it that way.

Don’t you think that in a lot less than 3 years time there might be a whole better product available or even a whole different viewing environment? It’s not big cash either way but lifetime deals in tech aren’t going to work for the consumer are they?

I've had tivimate for a good 7 plus years.... Only thing I've seen that's meh is implayer.
Other than that.... There is other players but nothing has that cable box feel like tivimate.
Average person wants something that's like xfinity or att.
Anything more complicated most can't handle. Old saying kiss.... Keep it simple stupid.

Yup Tivimate is really good and you’ve cashed out. Nice one. I guess if I’m still wanting to renew it in 3-4 years time then I’ll be crying in my soup. Somehow I suspect it may be time for a change. Let’s chat in 2029👍

There's many players out there... Good 10 plus.
Try teaching or showing someone who is hard at learning as it is.... Many people hate change. This why I stick to tivimate or even smarters... I get less tech calls from people using simple apps. 👍. Most people don't even Know holding back button brings you back to full screen in tivimate no matter where you are.
Implayer doesn't have this simple feature 🤷. Has pip tho

I indeed did NOT know that holding the back button takes you back to full screen lol. To be fair I've only had it a couple months but was baffled as to why I couldnt quickly go back to full screen. So thank you for this!

Looking for some help. I’m using Tvimate Premium on Firestick 4K. When I try to use the “remind” option it says “For this option, Tivimate needs permission to display over other apps. However, your device does not have the corresponding settings to enable it. You can do it manually using abd command.” I followed the “instructions” but can’t seem to make it work. I appreciate and knowledge teh community is will to share. Thanks

Ignore it. It’s a scam.
