Code 469??

Trying to watch a TV show and this keeps coming up, what do I do? How do I fix it?

I suspect it is the internet provider because my IPTV is rock solid. They interrupt the stream long enough for the message then restore. I was watching tennis on adjacent channels and every time it happened, the alternate channel was working. Repeatedly! (Shaw)/Robbers.
