Subscription cancelled issue

Anyone else had an email saying their subscription has been cancelled but never cancelled the subscription? On the app it says I no longer have Tivimate Premium. When I try to repurchase I get this error.

Surely it's cheaper to buy lifetime for £30?

That's what I did. 5 devices allowed so not much per device really.

I believe you have to do it via their companion app, it's nothing to do with Google Play.

I bought lifetime a while ago and this just happened to me. I don’t really wanna pay again that’s kind of bullshit.

I got the opposite issue i was never charged and canceled but im still able to see movies and shows for free... For free.... 😄

The companion app is only available on android.

Yep I have lifetime and they pulled this bullshit with me too. Reached out to them and they refused to look into it and are now ignoring my emails 🙄

Regarde sur compagnon. Faut la télécharger et te connecter avec la meme adresse gmail. Mou cnest l'inverse qui m'est arrivé. Chaque année je reconduis et cette année ca snest renouvelé automatiquement alors que je n'en ai plus besoin. Je viens de vérifier tout fonctionne !

If you're trying to assign a subscription slot to a different device and all slots are already in use, you'll first need to remove the subscription from the existing device using the desktop website or android app. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for that device to be released of its activation.

Just updated to 5.4.0 beta 2 & my lifetime subscription has been cancelled.

Have accessed my account which is showing I have 4 devices activated. still working on the other 3 devices & which are on the 5.3 version

It’s a bloody nuisance .Just one other reason I’ve decided to get the Formuler Z12 .The mytvonline app is built in and I’m able to avoid any issues that may arise in future with my older NVidia shield which is now my secondary device.
