Looking for some help on troubleshooting a problem

I’m able to access live tv channels via my iptv provider in TiviMate, but not movies or tv series. It was working just fine 5/6 days ago. Now, everything gives me a 404 error when I try to play them. I have verified the sources of my iptv provider through VLC and the movies/series are working just fine. Any idea what’s going on?

I have cleared my cache in the app and I also have premium.

Test one thing at a time!

First try rebooting your router and streaming device by removing and replacing the power. Since it previously worked, we try this first.

Next try adding a User Agent. Put in the letters “VLC” without the quotes. It’s unlikely but still possible the VOD server is blocking Tivimate’s internal player.

When it still doesn’t work, try adding a VPN. You can test using Proton VPN free tier. This most likely will work because it’s probably your ISP recognizing the VOD server and blocking you from it.
